Dr. Teresa De Guzman has been practicing excellent and gentle dentistry in the Sacramento, Carmichael and Fair Oaks community since 1994. She received her dental education and training and obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Centro Escolar University College of Dentistry. Dr. De Guzman keeps herself updated with the most advanced techniques in dentistry by taking dental courses and seminars in prestigious institutions like the University of California in San Francisco, the World Clinical Laser Institute, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. De Guzman started her own practice in Carmichael in May 1999. She developed excellent rapport with patients in the community and her patient base expanded tremendously. This inspired her to open a second dental office in Fair Oaks in February of 2005.
She is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Sacramento District Dental Society, TriCounty Fil-Am Dental Society and the National Association of Filipino Dentists in America.
Dr. De Guzman is a Premier Preferred Provider of Invisalign. This is in recognition of her excellent work in providing Invisalign orthodontic treatment to hundreds of patients. She is also a Certified Zoom! Advanced Power Chairside Whitening System Provider. Dr. De Guzman is not only a very gentle and compassionate dentist to her patients, she is very generous and has always shared her blessings by providing free dental services in the Sacramento community and in remote rural areas in the Philippines.
Dr. Pham grew up in Dallas, Texas. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her interest in dentistry started when she was an undergraduate student working as a certified dental assistant. After finishing her undergraduate degree, she moved to Boston to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she received her Doctorate degree of Dental Medicine. She also met her husband, Dr. Anthony Phan at Tufts Dental. In mid 2018, they moved back to his hometown, Sacramento, and are currently practicing dentistry in the area. Beside providing dental care for adults, her love for children and their zest for life encouraged her to find a niche in pediatrics.

Friendly team and Doctor's who DON'T cut corners! They tell you everything you need to know about your oral health and even offer a variety of payment plans to complete your dental work at a pace and price that works best for you and your insurance provider. My wife and I have both been going here for some time now, and they've continued to take care of us both in an outstanding fashion. If you're looking for a dental team who cares, try MyToothSpa Dentistry of Roseville, you won't be disappointed! And just incase you think this is a fake post, it's not, I'm not a robot posting these kind words. 100% recommend going here. Everyone here is so friendly and warm! I feel so comfortable and taken care of every time I go in. I've never found such a wonderful dentist office. I go for routine cleanings, have had fillings, and even veneers done. All their work is beyond satisfaction. If you're looking for a dentist, look no further!

I was very pleased with my first appointment yesterday. I forgot my dentist name but he was very thorough in telling me every step he was doing. I really liked that. Every one of the staff there was extremely friendly and I feel good about choosing My Tooth Spa. I was in no pain during or after the treatment. I've been going to my tooth spa dentistry for 20 years. I love doctor guseman doctor ray and Vanessa and the front desk women are amazing. I wish I had a taco bar, And Alan is OK I guess but overall super awesome clinic.

Today was our first visit and we had the best experience. Our dental hygienist was fantastic. She helped my 4 and 8 year old feel so calm and relaxed for their cleanings and x-rays. She also answered all of my questions and concerns with sincerity and empathy, which I greatly value. So relieved to find a new dentist that we can trust!

The office is clean and the staff is always pleasant & professional. I've had deep cleanings, Invisalign, whitening as well as cavities filled by the team there and I've always been treated well. I also appreciate that when it's time for my appointment, they are ready for me instead of having to wait around in the waiting room. I would give them six stars if I could.

Dr. Teresa De Guzman and staff are consistently wonderful at the Roseville office. I highly recommend anyone in need of great dental services and reasonable pricing to call them and get an appointment! Today I went in and Nikko took care of me. Exceptional as usual. From the reception area to sitting in the dental treatment room, everything was wonderful. Nikko was great. I needed a tooth cap replaced before heading out to a wedding. I was well taken care of by the staff of Dr. De Guzman.

The staff, doctors and dental hygienists at MyToothSpa are wo friendly, skilled and helpful. I've had several treatments, included replace amalgam fillings (9) and it went extremely well. As well, they've done standard cleanings and deep cleanings and it's been pain-free with great results. I highly recommend them!

The most pleasant people work here, I got my teeth cleaned by Liz. She was great, advised me of a couple of issues that I need to do. The dentist was also very nice. The other employees were very nice too. I wholeheartedly think it is a great dental office for everyone.
