This office is a complete scam. I was quoted over $1,000 worth of work done when I went in for a routine visit with insurance . The staff was loud people were in and out of the room I was in which was so unprofessional. The doctor claimed I needed a crown and that was not true. I ended up leaving and will not return. I found a new dentist who is honest and paid a small fraction of what I was quoted and found out I did not need a crown at all. This office is a joke and I would never recommend them to anyone.

The staff are all super nice and no one makes you feel guilty or puts you down for having dental issues. They explain everything and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. Everyone made my experience at the dentist a positive one, and that says a lot!

I highly recommend Mystic Oaks Dentistry. I received high quality care at a reasonable price. Special thanks to Kelsey for the short notice appointment. Thanks to this team I was cleared for chemotherapy.

As a new patient, I received dental services from Mystics Oaks Dentistry last year. They provided me an estimate for my out of pocket cost and amount that would be paid by my insurance. I trusted what they stated and I paid almost $2,000 upfront for my entire out of pocket cost. Later they sent me a bill for another $1200 stating that my insurance didn't cover some of the expenses. They neither received authorization from my insurance before performing the services nor they advised me to do it. I followed up with them for over a month to discuss the billing, but their office manager never called me back. I finally went to their office and the office manager told me that since I signed the estimate, I was liable for other $1200, not taking any responsibility for the wrong information they provided me previously. I requested to speak with the owner, but my request was declined. This year I went for my regular cleaning and they told me that my insurance covers 3 cleaning visits per-year. Upon my third visit at the check-out, they told me that my insurance didn't cover it and I had to pay the entire cost out of pocket. They misled me again. Their medical staff is courteous and professional, but DO NOT trust the estimates their office provides. I never had this problem with my previous dentist of 20 years in my former state. Mystic Oaks Dentistry violated patient - doctor trust.

Very bad experience with this Dental Office - Stay away! I came for regular cleaning which is 100% covered by my insurance and ask them not to perform any procedure which is not covered. They told me that all procedures except the Fluoride application are covered and verified with the Insurance. I paid $64 for the Fluoride application after the procedure. Few weeks later they sent me a bill for $350 stating that Insurance refused to pay some procedures. I called insurance, and they told me that dental office newer called to check what is covered. They got from insurance $600 and asked me to pay additional $350 for a simple cleaning. When I refused to pay and after 1 month of negotiation, they agreed to lower to $250. I did not want to have anything with them, so I paid and told them that I will close my account. They did not care much about that. Also, the quality of their work was not very good comparing to my previous dentist.

I received the most thorough, current best practices and compassionate care from Mystic Oaks Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. Kelsey was wonderful in coordinating my first appointment. Dr Sarwan and every staff encountered went that extra step to set me at ease, explain my treatment and home care.

Dr. Sarwan has to be one of the nicest, gentle and talented dentist ever! She listens to you on what you want done, and she explains to you everything she can do for you. She has a memory like no other. She remembers you and all your family members by first name. She has a great bed-side manner....Something that is important, since going to the dentist isn't usually something that you look forward to do. Her staff is also great. My new favorite assistant is Primise. She is super nice and personable. The office is clean and modern. Thanks Mystic oaks dental.

Mystic Oaks is the best dental office I've ever been to. The ladies at the front desk are always helpful and always in a good mood which makes the experience that much more welcoming. Doctor is polite and thorough. Thanks again mystic oaks (especially Kelsey for helping discuss my treatment / billing) 10/10 would recommend

If I could give Mystic Oaks Family & Cosmestic Dentistry 10 stars I would! Why? The professionalism, kindness, patience and just having an entire practice where EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE treats you as a person and not just a patient having services done and yes, there is a big difference. The first time I went to this dentistry was for my cleaning, I thought I had just gotten lucky to get the staff who helped me. Then when I went back for my dental work I was treated by a new staff, dentist included and all of them were wonderful. The day I went to have my crown put on, I was having an emotionally, hard day. Dr. Bakir and Maria went way above and beyond to make me feel better and as busy as they both were, took a few moments to listen to why I was so upset which was not dental related and comforted me as if I were a friend or family member. I didn't feel any pressure to hurry up what I had to say as to why I was upset. I apologized several times b/c I knew they were both busy but still were able to help me get back to the mental place I needed to be in. The bottom line is that Mystic Oaks Dentistry is one of few businesses who have professional, genuinely kind, compassionate, and sincerely wonderful people who make it obvious they are all there to help make people look and feel better. I feel when I am helped by truly professional and caring people they should be acknowledged. Thank you so very much for not only the great dental work I received which was so gentle but for also taking the time I know they didn't really have to help me feel better. I walked out the door feeling 100% better than I did when I showed up. Sincere thanks to: Dr. Bakir, Maria-dental assistant, Amy and Tineya-assistants, Niani-Treatment Coordinator and Melanie and Kelsey-front desk staff and anyone I may have missed! Dr. Bakir gave me this before I left which shows how much he truly cares for people. Dr. Bakir, I have this on my refridgerator and I read it every day to remind myself everything will work out! <3 Very much appreciated, Mindy

It is very hard to find a dentist office where I felt safe. I have anxiety and deep fear from previous nightmare experiences. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming. The doctor walked me through everything and moved at my comfort. The facility is so pristine. The practice is diverse and inclusive. 10/10

Dentist said a tooth needs filling because of cavity.Tooth was not bothering me before. After treatment was feeling pain for several weeks, went and redid feeling. Was still feeling pain for several weeks.Went back to mystic oaks, Primatee Sharwan sent me to endodontics to remove nerves. She was so rude, she told like she did feelings 2nd time for free, when so she has to do it for free million times if the tooth not completely fixed because it is her fault,so why I have to waste my money ? I asked her "So why did you touch my healthy tooth?",she just told that her manager will call me. She also did crown for my other tooth a year ago which then started to have infection, ended up to endodontics and removing tooth completely. I spent for one tooth 824$,finally I don't have a tooth,I have to put implants for 3000$
