I have to leave a review because dental work is near to my heart after having so much corrective work done over the past decades. Unfortunately, I feel I was definitely a number in the office, treated as such (overall). I would highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a more detailed cleaning, accurate information, and a dental office that won't keep you in pain for hours because they scheduled an appointment way too soon after a dental implant, drilling for 2 hours in a sensitive spot, incredibly close to the post surgery date. Very unprofessional. Unfortunately I trusted them as such and my body paid the price for it. To make matters worse, I had to convince them to let me in for an appointment after one of the two crowns I had placed popped off. For someone who just paid them $5,000 up front, you would except this very easy, momentary fix to be handled professionally. After basically arguing my way back into being seen, I had to wait for at least an hour or more, for Dr. Graves to come in a re-place my crown. Again, a less then 5 minute visit. Apparently they were so busy and understaffed (which I can respect) but not too understated to continue to advertise on Facebook for new patient specials on dental implants. Don't do it. I mean do what you want, but if you trust someone who has spent many hours in the dental chair, go elsewhere. I'm so glad I found a new dentist.

The most amazing staff you would ever want to meet. Explained everything in detail, and Doctor Graves was awesome if you have any fear of going to the Dentist visit Mytle Grove Implant and Dentistry.

WOW WOW WOW .... from the moment I walked in everyone has been so very kind and compassionate to my crying self. Office is so clean and you can even watch what is being done in your mouth while the dentist works on your teeth through monitors mounted to the ceiling. I cannot wait to continue with this relationship.

Just felt ashamed of my teeth being so bad and kind of didn't have a good chair side experience with Dr. Graves bc my teeth are so bad. Maybe it was just me feeling that way bc of my teeth. I've had horrible experiences with dentist in the past and so almost PTSD with dentist and therefore I haven't been but once in the past 10 years and this led to my neglect of my teeth plus medical problems have added to my neglect. The staff was nice though. Like I said maybe it was just my imagination bc of my teeth being so horrible. I'm just ready to smile again without being embarrassed. They did refer me to an oral surgeon to get my teeth extracted and then I go back to Dr. Graves to get dentures. Maybe that will be a better experience.

Ashley was delightful, warm and caring and helpful. I was disappointed in the pricing. It appeared I could spend $350 or $400 and get upgraded cleaning on the annual plan. I was surprised at the $185x4 for what I thought should have been included. That was some expensive upgrading. Also when we started my cleaning I did not expect a date to finish it two months later. I guess I should have declined my first cleaning but I did not want to have two or three more cleanings.

I hate dentist offices. But this office did everything possible to try and make me feel comfortable. Which I greatly appreciate. Would highly recommend them!! Great bedside manners!
