I call to get an appointment just for clean my teeth but they hung up .Feels like they don't want do get disturb .If this how they treat customers then think how you get treated on there service.

Dr. Lazaga and her staff are wonderful. They always keep my mouth and teeth healthy. They're very good at updating me on my appointments as well. Great staff, great doctor!!

I went to Dr. Lazaga for a new Night Guard as she is my dentist. They told me that the Night Guard is not covered in my insurance. I trusted them so I paid them with my own money. When I went there after a week to get my Night Guard they did not tell me anything, they fit my Night Guard and gave it to me.... And after 3 mos, I received a statement in my Insurance that they charged my Night Guard to my insurance. Night Guard is covered in dental insurance. When I ask them for refund because they charge me and charge my insurance without my knowledge, they don't want to refund it and have lot of excuses and reasons. they said that my insurance did not pay them on year 2020, they said that i went to other dentist late 2019 and use my benefit, even I went there late 2021. They also told me to call my insurance, my insurance said that they paid everything, i believe my insurance because i received a statement. I will never go back to them for they are not trust worthy. Told my friends and relative planning to go there just to look for a new dentist. maybe they say that the insurance only cover something but in reality is they are over charging you and your insurance. they can not be trusted

love going to see dr lazaga!!! best dentist in all of san diego!! i wish i had more cavities so i can get that excellent care that dr lazagas office provides ! the entire staff is so amazing and makes you feel at home.
