Our experienced Dental professionals will outline all the treatment options available in a way that you can understand, and answer any questions so you can make your Orthodontics treatment decisions with confidence.
Dr. Larry J. Moray brings a unique perspective to his practice. His life philosophy has been to enjoy the richness of lifes many experiences, and this permeates all his endeavors. Dr. Moray moved to Chapel Hill in 1979, entering a Ph.D. program in neurobiology.
He later completed dental training at the University of North Carolina (UNC) School of Dentistry and spent one year in a hospital dental residency in Hampton, Virginia. Dr. Moray taught at the VCU/MCV School of Dentistry and managed the hospital dental clinic at MCV Hospitals in Richmond, Virginia from 1991 to 1994.
Following graduation from his orthodontic residency at UNC in 1997, Dr. Moray opened our first office at Preston Corners. MyOrthodontist has grown tremendously under his guidance and our team of dental professionals now serves 12 communities throughout North Carolina.
We are a leading family orthodontic practice with locations throughout North Carolina including Cary, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Mount Airy, Sanford, Burgaw, Wake Forest, Concord, Greensboro, Roanoke Rapids, and Rocky Mount. We specialize in orthodontic dental care.
MyOrthodontist team is made up of some of the best orthodontists in the country. Our doctors have graduated from many of the nations top universities, worked in prestigious posts throughout the world, and pursued important research initiatives and are eager to work with patients like you. In addition to their medical expertise, our doctors are great at making you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout any treatment.
Dr. Gisela Borget was born in Jalisco, Mexico. She was raised in Utah and attended the University of Utah for her undergraduate studies and went on to receive her D.D.S. from the UNC School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill.
After dental school Dr. Borget completed an orthodontic residency and earned her Master of Science degree at the University of Iowa. Dr. Borget is happily married and enjoys her three children: two girls and a boy.
When not practicing orthodontics, she enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Borget speaks Spanish fluently and is very excited to work with families in the Burgaw area!

This is a wonderful place to go. The whole staff is very nice and caring. They keep you informed in every step they take. They do exceptionally great work. I would recommend anyone to them. I am very pleased to have my teenage granddaughter in their care. They take care of her 100% and she loves everyone there.

Amber was very sweet, she made sure to address any questions or concerns. Dr. Philip did an excellent job explaining in detail what work will need to be done and the process that will be going through. Everything was straightforward, no hidden agendas or fees.

This place is a joke started out good but not professional at all on June 30 even after speaking with the lady there still was a change the lake of communication is the worst from the front staff. My son really enjoys his braces and the service he receives from the staff in the back but they really should work on the front staff

This is a horrible orthodontist I would not recommend coming here for braces. They do not care what happens to your teeth after getting your braces they just want your money. I have wasted thousands of dollars just for me to have to get braces again... When I got my braces put on I was told that I would get permanent retainers after my braces but couldn't do so until I got work done on my teeth. My first set of retainers I lost and because of a miscommunication between the receptionist and my mom filled out a form to never return which is ridiculous because what would I have done if I lost my retainers? They let days go by before coming in to get photos on my teeth for new retainers and by that point my teeth had spaced back out. I am not sure why they didn't have pictures of my teeth from my old retainers but I can't even get work done on my teeth until I get my spaces closed AGAIN which they allowed to return. If you are recommended here I would run and never look back.

Edited my 1 star review. Regional Manager called and explained why locations could not be changed due to my daughter being in phase one. If this was explained to me a year ago when we asked to move locations I would have understood. Office communication seems to be an issue with the scheduling. But I was made feel confident that this issue was brought to light and will be addressed with this office for better communications in the future. As for the Regional Manager- Absolutely stellar response and conversation we had about my concerns.

I just got my braces last week and every one I interacted with at this office was amazing. The dental assistant was very sweet and thorough. She explained every thing step by step as she was putting my braces on. She answered any questions I had. Dr. Worthington is great. He was also very thorough and explained everything, he made sure I was comfortable with the process from my consultation to getting my braces on. I would definitely recommend this office!

Lack of communication scheduler do not notify patients that travel more than an hour of reschedules do to weather etc no one is confrontational the schedulers don't know anything there reminder text messages are off and all they do is apologize I drove an hour to my appt for them to be closed and not call and let the patient know

They kept cancelling my appointments since August 2020 until my appointment I had today. Just seeing how they run their appointments system I don't think this company is actually professional simply by the fact that they are not as organized or credible as I believed.

Overall a good place. This is my second of four children to come here for braces. Sometimes the appointment times take longer than expected but that happens. I'm definitely not a fan of the invisalign retainer after braces come off. Would much rather have the old school wired retainer. But overall the staff and service are wonderful!!! Very nice place to go.

My Orthodontist is a great team. I have been coming here for a little over 2 years for my invisaligns. The staff has always been friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming! They have helped me resolve any issues I had about my treatment.

They are always professional, and able to answer any questions that my daughter Jazzmin Myrie and I may have. They listen to her concerns and implement a treatment plan specific to her. My only complaint is that i have had challenges consistently with obtaining appointments in the afternoon. However we seem to be working through that challenge as i have been able to obtain afternoon appointments.
