I realized that more than anything we exist for you; to make a difference in your life! Since we exist for you, we are your Orthodontist, but its not about us, its about you, so we want you to be a part of all we do, to have ownership in our offices, the process and your results, so really, from your perspective, we are MY ORTHODONTIST! And thus, a new name was born, simple, to the point and one which makes YOU a part of the entire experience, for which we thank you! So this is not my name change, we are YOUR new partner; MyOrthodontist.
At MyOrthodontist, we care about our patients and treat them like family. We promise to speak honestly with you about any symptoms you have that may require further dental treatment. Our experienced Dental professionals will outline all the treatment options available in a way that you can understand, and answer any questions so you can make your Orthodontics treatment decisions with confidence.
Dr. Larry J. Moray brings a unique perspective to his practice. His life philosophy has been to enjoy the richness of lifes many experiences, and this permeates all his endeavors. Dr. Moray moved to Chapel Hill in 1979, entering a Ph.D. program in neurobiology.
He later completed dental training at the University of North Carolina (UNC) School of Dentistry and spent one year in a hospital dental residency in Hampton, Virginia. Dr. Moray taught at the VCU/MCV School of Dentistry and managed the hospital dental clinic at MCV Hospitals in Richmond, Virginia from 1991 to 1994.
Following graduation from his orthodontic residency at UNC in 1997, Dr. Moray opened our first office at Preston Corners. MyOrthodontist has grown tremendously under his guidance and our team of dental professionals now serves 12 communities throughout North Carolina.
We are a leading family orthodontic practice with locations throughout North Carolina including Cary, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Mount Airy, Sanford, Burgaw, Wake Forest, Concord, Greensboro, Roanoke Rapids, and Rocky Mount. We specialize in orthodontic dental care.
MyOrthodontist team is made up of some of the best orthodontists in the country. Our doctors have graduated from many of the nations top universities, worked in prestigious posts throughout the world, and pursued important research initiatives and are eager to work with patients like you. In addition to their medical expertise, our doctors are great at making you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout any treatment.
Dr. Gisela Borget was born in Jalisco, Mexico. She was raised in Utah and attended the University of Utah for her undergraduate studies and went on to receive her D.D.S. from the UNC School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill.
After dental school Dr. Borget completed an orthodontic residency and earned her Master of Science degree at the University of Iowa. Dr. Borget is happily married and enjoys her three children: two girls and a boy.
When not practicing orthodontics, she enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Borget speaks Spanish fluently and is very excited to work with families in the Burgaw area!

I love my orthodontist and all the employees there. They are really nice they welcome you when you come in and they do a really good job on the work that they do. I have had my braces in and had no problems I have my retainers I have no problems.they are very attentive and caring to their patients. For my birthday they even gave me a birthday card.

My son recently went in for braces. He was very nervous at first; however, once the procedure was over- he was very comfortable and calm. He is confident with his braces on. Billie reviewed the process with my son prior to starting, asked if he had any additional questions, went over what foods to eat and not to eat. Most of all, reassured my son it will be okay and it was a painless procedure. The procedure took about 1hr 30min. After the procedure, Billie provided information for brushing, list of acceptable foods, items that are needed for brushing (electric toothbrush, floss, wax, mouth rinse, step by step), and what to do if there is an issue or concern with the braces. We are very pleased and definitely recommend MyOrthodontist.

I have an appointment today but when I show up the door were closed and said sorry we close for nation wide training. You have non courtesy to call customer let us know u close! If I am not show up u charge me 50$ how about this? You should pay me 50$

Made an appointment for a consultation. Once i arrived they made me complete paperwork that I had already done online. I arrived with my baby in the stroller and it wasn't AFTER I completed everything they said I had to reschedule because i couldn't have the baby with me. Not accommodating at all.
