I realized that more than anything we exist for you; to make a difference in your life! Since we exist for you, we are your Orthodontist, but its not about us, its about you, so we want you to be a part of all we do, to have ownership in our offices, the process and your results, so really, from your perspective, we are MY ORTHODONTIST! And thus, a new name was born, simple, to the point and one which makes YOU a part of the entire experience, for which we thank you! So this is not my name change, we are YOUR new partner; MyOrthodontist.
At MyOrthodontist, we care about our patients and treat them like family. We promise to speak honestly with you about any symptoms you have that may require further dental treatment. Our experienced Dental professionals will outline all the treatment options available in a way that you can understand, and answer any questions so you can make your Orthodontics treatment decisions with confidence.
Dr. Larry J. Moray brings a unique perspective to his practice. His life philosophy has been to enjoy the richness of lifes many experiences, and this permeates all his endeavors. Dr. Moray moved to Chapel Hill in 1979, entering a Ph.D. program in neurobiology.
He later completed dental training at the University of North Carolina (UNC) School of Dentistry and spent one year in a hospital dental residency in Hampton, Virginia. Dr. Moray taught at the VCU/MCV School of Dentistry and managed the hospital dental clinic at MCV Hospitals in Richmond, Virginia from 1991 to 1994.
Following graduation from his orthodontic residency at UNC in 1997, Dr. Moray opened our first office at Preston Corners. MyOrthodontist has grown tremendously under his guidance and our team of dental professionals now serves 12 communities throughout North Carolina.
We are a leading family orthodontic practice with locations throughout North Carolina including Cary, Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Mount Airy, Sanford, Burgaw, Wake Forest, Concord, Greensboro, Roanoke Rapids, and Rocky Mount. We specialize in orthodontic dental care.
MyOrthodontist team is made up of some of the best orthodontists in the country. Our doctors have graduated from many of the nations top universities, worked in prestigious posts throughout the world, and pursued important research initiatives and are eager to work with patients like you. In addition to their medical expertise, our doctors are great at making you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout any treatment.
Dr. Gisela Borget was born in Jalisco, Mexico. She was raised in Utah and attended the University of Utah for her undergraduate studies and went on to receive her D.D.S. from the UNC School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill.
After dental school Dr. Borget completed an orthodontic residency and earned her Master of Science degree at the University of Iowa. Dr. Borget is happily married and enjoys her three children: two girls and a boy.
When not practicing orthodontics, she enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her family and friends. Dr. Borget speaks Spanish fluently and is very excited to work with families in the Burgaw area!

My consultation this morning with Seema was one of the most warm and welcoming medical consultations I've ever had. Seema was astoundingly personable, sensible, and knowledgeable which made me feel relaxed and comfortable given the nervousness I felt going into the appointment. Likewise, Dr. Kang provided a thorough overview of my treatment plan and promptly answered all my questions. I truly felt that both Seema and Dr. Kang cared about providing me with the best service they could offer. Ultimately, I left the office with the peace of mind knowing I was in good hands here at MyOrthodontist.

Do not use them very misleading service. I went in looking to have a gap in my teeth fixed that had come from me not wearing retainers for a while. I got a new set of retainers and they made 0 difference. I later called and they let me know that I need to pay for a whole new set of treatment to have that gap fixed. So they knew I wanted my gap fixed and that retainers would not help and are now telling me to pay for another service. Avoid them, it's a waste of your money

Seema made my experience a great one. With her knowledge and kindness I feel like I'll be well prepared for my procedure with Dr. Kang. Seema is a BOMB TREATMENT COORDINATOR!!!! You all should definitely give MyOrthodontist a try!

Great orthodontists at the Chapel Hill location. The staff is friendly, scheduling is easy and they are very accommodating if changes to schedules are needed. They stuck with their plan to adjust my daughters teeth and she's scheduled to get them off earlier than planned!

Been waiting month for braces just to be told over and over something else has to be approved they never sent off all of the records for medicade approval and then wanted me to come back because they didn't do his scans this would make the 4th trip with no progress I drive over an hour for 2 10mins appt miss one appt and they can't reschedule. This place has done nothing but waste my time

Gabby and Dr. Kang explained exactly what needed to be done for my granddaughters teeth, how and why. They were very friendly and reassuring and were great at including my granddaughters questions and views. This place is great!

Seema the treatment coordinator was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and made me feel very comfortable being there. Dr. Angela King orthodontist specialist was straight to the point and honest as to what she recommended for my treatment. I was very pleased with her and the staff who assisted me. Yes I who recommend myorthodontist of chapel hill.
