Compassionate is the word often used by patients, colleagues, and community members to describe Dr. Stephanie Myles and her practice: Myles Dental, Inc.Every patient has a life story, says Dr. Myles, and not everyones story is so good. But I want to give each patient a reason to smile, by providing excellent dental work and really listening to them when they are here.A daughter of a dentist herself, Dr. Myles was raised by parents who demonstrated the values of respect and compassion at work and at home. The commitment to compassionate and high quality care is a lifestyle of Dr. Myles and her staff at Myles Dental. Graduating from University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1994, she has always placed a commitment to treating the underserved throughout her career. Four years after starting her dental career with Jeffries, Smith, and Associates, Dr. Myles joined the Job Corps office in Pittsburgh as the staff dentist. There she provided dental care to the participants in the Job Corps program. In 2000, Dr. Myles joined the staff of UPMC St. Margarets to open the Garfield Heights Community Health Center to reach the underserved community. The practice was acquired by Myles Dental, Inc. in 2003. In 2013 Dr. Myles moved to Willington NCwhere she continues the commitment to compassionate and high quality care to patients of all backgrounds.

Got to the office at 9:30 sat in the waiting room forever then got taken back for my filling to be told we will reschedule it bc my blood pressure.... I'm sorry I have dental anxiety and have for years. This is WHY I haven't been in years bc everytime I need help I get denied or told one thing or the other is holding me back... I will be seeking care elsewhere

Stephanie is a friendly, and capable dentist, and did a great job with my whitening trays and package. Their facility is clean and efficient, and the staff is kind and helpful!

Thank you Thank you. As a current patient just when I thought of giving up with paying out of pocket to fix an issue, I wasn't fully satisfied and I had both doctor and assistant patiently listened to my issues and whaalaaa, Myles Dentistry came tru with ensuring after been charged that my issue will be addressed. Now I'll have an awesome holiday and even after as it's extremely annoying when one as a "hallow' nagging feeling with any tooth issue! Cheers to my Assistant and to Dr. Myles!

It's always such a positive experience here. Staff is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and you will feel like you're the only patient there the way they attend to you.

Brought my 3 year old for a checkup. Lisa went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable and not scared. She's amazing and I greatly appreciate her making this such a pleasant experience. My daughter can't stop talking about how cool it was and she loves the dentist. I have also been a patient at Myles and wouldn't go anywhere else. They recently hired a Ped's dentist who was also amazing. We look forward to returning.

All the staff at Myles Family Dentistry are wonderful and welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and inviting as well. However, I feel like one person in particular really deserves a shout-out. Lisa, the hygienist we saw today, has always been so patient and kind towards my son during each appointment. She explains everything to him, while showing and allowing him touch certain instruments, so he can understand they won't hurt him. She even remembered his favorite toy and the flavor of toothpaste that he preferred! Her demeanor has always been very calm, and I would even go as far to say loving towards him, especially during the challenging times, when he's anxious and nervous. During his prior appointment, he was on edge and cried almost the whole time. However, during his recent appointment, he was much more laid back and didn't shed a single tear! I know this is all because of Lisa's mellow composer, and the care she has shown my son. I really appreciate her, and the entire staff at Myles Family Dentistry.

If I could rate 100 stars I would. The staff here is AMAZINGGGGGG. This was our first visit, and I had two small children in tow as I got my teeth cleaned. The staff made us feel genuinely Warm and welcomed! They explained everything to me Before and AS they were doing it so I felt comfortable and informed about the health of my teeth. The establishment was CLEAN and had a area with coloring books and entertainment to keep my 4 year old occupied while I filled out paperwork on the tablets. Would DEF recommend for families with children !!!

They overcharged her and told her that she had issues she did not have. She went to another dentist for a second opinion, it was a lie! They are cheating the community! It's wrong. This is not the first review I've read about this office. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!

Extremely professional and genuinely nice people at Myles Family Dentistry. It is usually stressful going back to the dentist after it has been a while since your last visit, but here I was so welcomed I did not feel that way at all. They all were very kind and informative, I would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful dental experience here! Everyone, from the office staff to the hygienists to Dr. Myles, was exceptionally friendly, gentle, and kind. The office was clean and organized. I felt cared for and I left with my teeth feeling sparklingly clean. Thanks!

This place is an absolute joke. A bunch of incompetent clowns. They said I needed a crown and that I had two cavities that needed filled. About $1,200 worth of restorative work. This all seemed a bit unlikely because at my check up with my childhood dentist (back in Ohio) just 6 months prior, there were no problems. So I went to another dentist in Wilmington for a second opinion. He said that not only did I have ZERO cavities, but there was also no need for a crown. He said the tooth in question looked just fine and needed no work. Myles...a bunch of lying, money grubbing slimeballs. If I were in a more litigious mood, I would consult with a medical malpractice attorney.

Everyone was so friendly. They had stuff for my kids play with in the waiting area and a TV with kids' shows on. They play nice music while getting worked on. It was absolute positive experience and I'm so pleased that I transferred to this office
