Not a pleasant experience. They are over priced and front staff misses or double books scheduled appointments. They're constantly pushing Invisalign every time you go there $$$. Telling them no thanks one time should suffice. Found a much better Dentist I really enjoy now.

Front desk lady very nice. My Hygienist Lisa H. Was great, took care in my cleaning and addresses all issues. Very sweet and great personality.

My Highland Village Dentist is exceptional! I was able to schedule an emergency appointment online, and received timely follow up to confirm the appointment. The entire staff is and treated me like family. This type of client interaction is greatly appreciated! My hygienist was very knowledgeable, gentle with my cleaning, and over communicated what we were doing step by step. Dr. Dafney is unmatched. He was so very kind and gentle as well and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Above all, he was thorough and honest as were all of the staff in the office. I would recommend to anyone seeking a place to call home for dental care.

My visit was exceptional. The staff was very kind, reassuring, and overly accommodating. I had come to their office with a health concern. And they went above and beyond to try and see what was wrong. I'd recommend this office if you want a dr that has great bed side manner. And his team was friendly as well. Definitely will come back for my cleaning.

Today (03/01/2022) was my first visit at My Highland Village Dentist and it was a GREAT experience. Very pleased with Dr. Dafney and his staff they are exceptionally courteous and professional. I am definitely going to highly recommend this office to my family and friends.

My first visit to My Highland Village Dentist was such a great experience. They took their time and were very detailed with my exam and cleaning. Lisa was my dental hygienist and she was wonderful!! The dentist was also very nice and friendly. I did not feel rushed like I have in the past at other offices. I definitely recommend!

Sent my wife here for a basic check up and cleaning and she came home in tears!!!! After 2 hours of x-rays and recommended services (deep cleaning and Invisalign) that my wife declined, the sales person told her that they no longer had time to complete the cleaning. I call and speak to the manager (Michael) and the manager tried to tell me that the cleaning she wanted would not have taken care of her "issues". Funny, last week I went and they recommended the same deep cleaning on me, which I declined and they still provided the basic cleaning... Then he said it must have been a miscommunication and she could just come back and sign a waiver!!!! I took 3 hours off of work to take care of the kids so my wife can do a basic cleaning!!! I asked the manager if there was anyone else above him to speak to as he kept deflecting on the fact that someone is lying. "Sure you can speak to Sandy when she gets back from her extended leave of absences after the 31st." Are you kidding me!!!! These people are thieves and will waste your time, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! We will see if Michael forwards my contact information to his region manager as I requested and will update here. MyHighlandVillageDentist.com Update #1 They just called to apologize for wasting our time and offered the services recommended at no charge to us. So it went from my wife declined to miscommunication to they are short staffed... Still waiting to hear back from the region manager (Sandy or Brittney). Will update once that occurs.

After making my first appointment with Dr. Dafney, I told my friend, "If the dentist is as nice as his office staff, I'm going to be very happy with this place!" I was very much impressed by the fact that they gave me a next-week appointment instead of making me wait 3-6 weeks as all the other places I had called did. Rebecca was my hygienist and her 30 yrs of experience ensured a thorough procedure. She is friendly and has a good sense of humor. Dr. Dafney was very personable and professional. He explained things clearly to me and asked if I had any questions. I very much appreciate the fact that they made suggestions for treatment but never pushed; they simply gave me their recommendations along with the information I needed to make an intelligent decision.. Before I left the office, I was given a financial plan for the procedure I had chosen for my next visit so I knew exactly what to expect.
