Found MyDental last year when searching for a new dentist and have been so please with the service I receive here! The dentist and staff are always so welcoming and friendly makes the experience of going to the dentist completely comfortable. I'm not dreading my cleanings and visits here. They are awesome!

The office staff is very friendly and professional. The office is very clean. Dr. Dudeen was on time for my appointment. I like his personality and patience. This is my new dentist office. I recommend them very highly. He extracted my wisdom tooth without any pain!!!

After years of neglect and convincing myself it was O.K. to wait, I'm happy to have found My Dental in Round Rock! The staff is kind and compassionate. Everything that needed to be done was thoroughly explained. Dr. Kimia Lalezari was very professional and put me at ease. I highly recommend My Dental in Round Rock!

I would not recommend this office to anyone. We had to go there because this was the only place in network with our insurance that was with an acceptable driving distance. The staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. My husband had a total of 8 visits every single visit was the same thing, we would get the reminder texts and the texts for the covid forms then my husband would show up for his appointment only to be told he wasn't on the schedule. He would have to argue with them reminding them that they gave him the appointment at his previous appointment checkout. Then the staff acted like they were doing him the favor of getting him in. Every single appointent!!! Dr. Lalezari wasn't great either. Bedside manner needs a lot of work. All she did was humiliate my husband with insults and critizisim. (He knocked teeth out and loose in an accident.) Told him that he had to practice better oral hygine as she could not keep giving him free cleanings. My husband got absolutely nothing free, insurance paid claims and my husband paid over $2000. Impressions were made for partial dental replacement, he was told it would take about two weeks. Waited just over two weeks, it was only when we called the office to check on the status of the partials, that we were told that the lab called to say they broke the mold and needed a new one, but the staff insisted that they never got this message from the lab. At this point we are just waiting for the partials to be delivered so we can write this office off. Worst dental/medical offie experince ever.

The staff and Dr. Kimia we're so great with my children, ages 4 to 17. They took the time to show my children how to correctly floss. Every staff member we encountered had smiles on their faces and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend MYDENTAL in round rock.
