This is my second dentist I've been to in my life. I was a little nervous at first but they got me back there in literally a couple minutes after sitting down! They're super friendly and have a great since of humor. Definitely recommend!!

The dental hygienist was exceptional, made me feel important and cared about; Would like to have her again and requested the same. The dentist is also exceptional, very competent and I very much appreciate having last minute work done at the same appointment.

I don't think I will be coming back as I was given two different prices for my treatment. Originally it was $1254. When I got up front it became $1712. When I asked about the discrepancy, the office ladies seemed confused. It finally did become $1254, but that was not an experience that engendered trust. I was disappointed in being given different cost and why it was not clear with all personnel in your office.

I went in today with terrible tooth pain. The staff was super nice and efficient. I am really impressed me and will be back. I've had really bad experiences in the past with the dentists that I've gone to, but this office put me at ease from the moment I first called the about my tooth pain.

I can't say enough good things about the staff. There was a schedule mixup and I was told I didn't have an appointment. Instead of saying to come back at another date they said they were going to make it happen and they did. I won't be going anywhere else.

Was in really bad pain. Walked in My Charleston Dentist & was taken care of very quickly. All the staff were very kind. Highly recommend!

Overall, very good experience. Minimal wait time and my hygienist and the dentist were great. I appreciated their professional but friendly manner. When offered "upsales" on optional treatments, I didn't feel pressured at all, which I also appreciated. The only reason I gave 4 stars out of five is that despite posted signs of masks being required, I was the only patient in the waiting area wearing one, and none of the receptionists wore one. Of course the hygienist and dentist wore one, but considering there's a spike of more infectious and vaccine-resistant variants of COVID, I'd think that in a 1) medical office and 2) place where all patients must open their mouths and spread droplets, that practices would be more prudent.

The staff was very welcoming as I was a new patient. I got an appointment within the week, and received x-rays, and the Doctor saw me. They also had my next visit in less than a week to fix my tooth! Overall I would definitely recommend My Charleston dentist to anyone needing oral care!
