My father had a broken tooth. He went to them with pain and they asked him to fill out papers. His English is not good enough for him to be able to write. He asked them to help him out a little. They refused and he had to drive back home for me to help him fill them out. I don't understand why they refused to help him. We never had this issue anywhere. Very bad customer service. I was thinking to refer my friends to this place but definitely I'm not. Let's pray the dentist is better than the front service. I'll update once he sees the dentist. I'm very frustrated because I couldn't go with him to talk to them. I have a broken ankle which doesn't allow me to walk much. I tried to call to see what's going on but nobody answered. The reviews on here are already bad which I'm assuming they probably don't even care.

An after hours dentist that was unable to assist until the next morning..."due to covid they are short staffed" horrible waste of time. So unprofessional and I'm pretty sure the covid excuse is a little worn out being that new regulations have lifted many obstacles to actually stand by that reasoning. Do not recommend!

Called 4 times finally got through then they took all my info and said the Dr was with a patient and they would call when they were done, 6 hours later no call back, I had severe dental pain and desperately needed a Dr. this place is not reputable

Don't waste your time with this place I called to see if they take my insurance because I had a dental emergency, they said they would take my number and give me a call back, I waited 3 hours and just ended up driving to this place to see if I could have someone to answer my question, it's not even open, door is locked.

I call the number listed on Google because I had a broken tooth was hanging on by the gum. I spoke to an assistant after a couple rings. Was then asked a few questions and transferred to Dr. Alexander Kakaris Porter. He gave me a rough pricing over the phone and I advised I was about 30 minutes out, would be there around 9:30pm. I was greeted when I walked in and immediately taken back for X-rays. From the time I walked in until the tooth was extracted, no more than 45minutes had passed. The doctor was professional and very helpful. There's something to say about the ability to joke with your dentist, especially when you're in pain/discomfort. He made the entire process painless and extremely convenient. So much so that I asked if he was accepting new patients. To finish, the pricing given over the phone was the exact number I was charged(and yes I have dental insurance). Would highly recommend for emergency procedures or general dentistry needs. Awesome job!

Anyone who has been overcharged by this place, over what they contracted with your insurance company, or whatever is the reason, should file a complaint with the better business bureau, with the dental state licensing board, and consider going to small claims court.

I broke my tooth in half on the weekend and was in an extreme amount of pain. After searching google for an emergency dentist I found my urgent dentistry. I was very hesitant based on reviews but I am so happy I went in. The staff were very kind, and the office was very nice. Dr. Ramey did an excellent job. I thought I would need an extraction, and she was able to not only save my tooth with a root canal, but the pain was gone as well. I am usually a big baby when it comes to dentist visits, but after this experience this will now be my new dentist office. Thank you Dr. Ramey for making me feel better.

Went there for an emergency root canal a year ago. It never felt right, I was in pain for months after. Turns out they didn't finish the root canal and need an endodontist to fix what they didn't finish. DO NOT GO THERE.

Awful. Called yesterday, 2-14-21 for an emergency appointment around 9:30am. Lady who answered the phone put me on hold for 5 mins than transfered me to the dentist who told me to come on in. I told her I was about 30 mins away and she said that's fine. I drove 30 mins in excruciating pain only to arrive with nobody there and the doors locked. I called back and was put on hold for 10 mins, the lady who answered the phone said the dentist was with a patient and would call me back when she was done. Mind you, I was in the parking lot and there wasn't a car ANYWHERE near the office or the RV parked in the back. I sat there for 20 mins thinking I would get a call back and nothing. I couldn't sit there any longer in pain so I drove back home and good thing I did because I never got a call back. They blatantly lied to me saying the dentist was with a patient when nobody was there. You don't do that to people who are experiencing an emergency and live 30 mins away. Terrible business.

Unfortunately I currently am waiting on my new health insurance to come through. I called about getting a tooth removed because I have visited this office before, saw one of the Female dentists, and had such a great experience! The doctor made me so comfortable when I have been nervous about dentists my whole life, that I wanted to come back here. When I called today I was made to feel so uncomfortable about the fact I would have to pay out of pocket for a tooth that I feel is worth an emergency surgery, then when in the middle of asking a question I am talked over and then hung up on by who I'm assuming is a dental assistant. Reading other reviews I am now not shocked by this behavior, but disappointed that a wonderful doctor works for such a terrible and unprofessional office. I will not be coming back for any kind of service and I hope it is addressed with your staff on how to professionally address all situations with your customers.

I have had a toothache all weekend, I was relieved to see that it says their open 24/7. Such false advertisement. Sure they have someone taking down your information but they don't call you back. Sorry talking to someone on the phone does not take your pain away. They are not open on weekends so don't waste your time thinking they are.

Very unprofessional, and unconcerned about my emergency situation. I felt like they didn't want to take the time to really see me knowing that I was in pain...This is NOT the place to call for emergencies. So sad...

Called three times for an emergency. Each time they say the dentist will call me back. Third time he told us we could go up there and we do, everything is closed and locked. What's the point of calling yourself an emergency service if you don't return a call ever to get in for help??? Horrible. Would give 0 stars if I could.

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! DO NOT GO HERE! Not for any reason. I was treated here and they practice fraud. I was told I had to pay upfront and then they will bill my insurance and I would be reimbursed. I made sure that this dentist was in network which they were. I was charged 600 more than i was reimbursed. I have Insurance where I only pay 10% for this procedure yet my bill was way higher. I contacted the office and they stated they are doing me a FAVOR to bill the insurance company. Would not give me any money back and refused to go by the contracted rate. This by definition is FRAUD! Do not go here! I contacted my insurance company and they stated that yes I am correct that this is an in network dentist and they have to abide my the contracted rate. I should have paid 100 but instead paid close to 600. To top it off they did not protect the work they preformed and I ended up losing the tooth that I overpaid on. FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!

**DO NOT GO HERE IF ITS A REAL EMERGENCY!!!! YOU WILL DIE FIRST**Im writing this while sitting in the lobby because I'm 2 seconds from walking outta here and haven't even been seen yet. I arrived @8:52 it is now 9:23 and I'm still sitting here! THIS IS NOT URGENT CARE!!!! I have a super BAD toothache like can't talk bad I called before I came and everything I get there and the young lady has me feel out a booklet of paperwork 2 ppl were seen before me 1 came 15 minutes after I got here!!!! I legit want to cry I'm just sitting in the lobby! Everyone looked at me like I was foreign (I'm guessing because I was of color) they went through everything with a fine tooth comb I guess to make sure my insurance worked. I drove literally half an hour to get here to be treated worse than I would have if I was in the city of Detroit! And still sitting I legit have been able to write a whole review sitting in the lobby it is now 9:30 and still have not been seen I left DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
