They are con artist thats trying to get over on insurance companies!! If you come in for a basic cleaning and then they tell you you need more so they can up charge you!! They are terrible waste of time!!

I have been going there for few years, the whole team from front desk to doctors and assistants is amazing. Always had good experience. I take my kids there as well, never had any issues. I recommend this office for great dental work.

I was there today to have two teeth pulled out the lady dentist who did the work was professional very kind and sweet, and the rest of the staff are also very professional, I highly recommend this company. Sincerely Mike

Called to try to set up an appointment met with attitude soon as they answered ... Seemed vary confused trying to find my insurance asked extra unnecessary information ...

The whole staff are outstanding, I've never had such caring people work with me in my entire life especially dentist's, very courteous and professional all my worries melted away. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking dental help! BRAVO AND THANKS.

The staff WOULD BE BETTER if they replaced the indian guy at the reception. He has poor conversational skills. He doesnt listen to concerns, instead he talks over the customer. Thats psychology 101 to creating confrontation and a yelling competition. Also he tries to intimidate customers. In my case, as I was seated alongside the window alongside the door, he cane all the way from his seat at the desk to stand too close for comfort with a strong wide legged stance as if standing his ground and his arms crossed. His body language saying "This is my house and I dont care about your concern." If Mr Sampat wants to review the footage (because theres cameras there), this can be found around 9:45am on the day of 8/18/21. This is actually the 2nd time this type of confrontation I have with this "buddy" (as he calls me). The first time was when I first came to visit this location to sign up for treatment (terrible way to welcome a new customer.) I wouldnt be surprised if this location loses a lot of customers because of him, but people just dont speak up because its a hispanic community. This location needs to a way to contact the owner directly with any complaints. The email listed publicly goes directly to the reception where same guy in question could easily delete it. If in fact he is removed from his duties here, I would be glad to come back. But as long as hes there, I'll put my hard earned money into another dental office.

I been going there for a while, last visit was 2 weeks ago. Amazing doc and staff, front desk guy was very helpful, doctor was very knowledgeable. Will go back again.

I still have dental work that needs to be done but I was so satisfied with My Smiles and particularly the doctor! While getting some work done on my smile the other day, I'm returning this coming week and every time thereafter! they're GREAT!

The best dentist and dental practice! I went in for an annual checkup. The doctor and the staff were all very friendly and really helpful. The dentist, himself spent a lot of time with me teaching me and showing me things about my teeth that I would've never guessed or seen. And he was very nice, genuine and seemed like he cared a lot about my overall well-being. I really appreciate Dr.Khan and his staff a lot. Highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist in Joliet.
