I used to love this place would had recommended to any and everybody although upon my recent trip there they have all new staff. I wouldn't recommend anyone. Let's just put it this way after struggling to pull my tooth out they give me motrin. I've never had any issues taking pain medication. I am laying here in tears my gum hurts worse then when my tooth was in it. This is ridiculous and I'reporting them to whoever I need to. It feels like my jaw was hit by a semi they just last a patient from over 20 years.

Trying to make an appointment was disgusting. Whoever was taking calls on 5/25 was extremely rude. I had an appointment scheduled the day before. I called and canceled it that morning because I couldn't leave work. Afterwork, knowing ill be off the next day, I called to reschedule and the lady was extremely rude and I took my buisness to Mortensons in Bardstown. They were amazing.

Dr Tim has been there for like 20 yrs. He extracted my tooth and was really kind and gentle. They numbed me up pretty good to feel absolutely no pain. The office staff was very friendly too. If they weren't so far from me I would go to them and also recommend them to anyone. I'm going to recommend them to my brother. I told my mom how nice they were. I might end up just biting the bullet and go here anyways despite the drive bc of hope wonderful my experience with them was.
