I went to this dental office for years but the dentist who was there retired. I thought this dental office had closed. When I needed a tooth removal service and an implant, I called to find out that the place was still open and Yaquita answered the phone, the same secretary from many years ago. She is a sweetheart, decent and very polite. God bless you, Yaqui! for always being attentive and immediately give me an appointment. I went and got my tooth removed with the dentist who is also very polite. Although, he had to do the implant procedure twice because the first implant caught an infection which I never recovered from the constant pain, swollen gums and swollen face. During several visits, he performed X-Rays where I had been telling him that the implant had an infection. He continued to tell me that I didn't during those visits. During the last visit and last X-Ray, he decided to tell me that I did have an infection, which was never explained to me that the implant could get an infection. In that last visit, the dentist decided to remove the implant and put the implant for a second time. In the beginning of the procedure, when I was being applied the fourth bottle of anesthesia, I had to ask the dentist if he knew what he was doing and if he was a licensed dentist, He became furious, he walked out and sent in a manager named Alexandra and another employee named Liz. They came like two lions as if you were going to attack me. The dentist came back in. I didn't want to finish the implant until I was forced to finish. After I finished, the secretary named Yaqui gave me an appointment to come back to see if the second implant goes well. The dentist who treated me is a man, but when I search the name of the dentist on the My Smile dental page and in Google, I see that the dentist is a woman just like the Manager Alexandra and the secretary Liz. I have never seen him in that place since my first visit in August until my last visit. In my last visit, I was vomiting from 2:45 am until 9:00 am to 10:00 am. I even had to call my Gastro to send me medication for vomiting and pain stomach from so much anesthesia that the dentist gave me. This dental office has something very bad that they do not call you the next day or at all to see how the patient is doing after the procedure. I left that place for another dentist and they do not want to give me a copy of my medical records. It seems that they want to cover up something that is wrongly going on.

Both dentists at this location are true artists and they have stellar bedside manner..I am really sensitive and if you're scared like me this is the place togo..everyone here will tale care of you even on an emotional level.

This is a place, I would not recommended to no body that really cares about been treated as a human being. This a place is for someone who wants express service and bad quality. I went to this place for a regular clean up then after I was ask to have a deep cleaning witch I agreed but the worked performed was a bad quality, one of the filling requested was out in 2 weeks. Furthermore this is a gas station place. they don't really take their time to give a personalized attention but instead they rushed you out to take the next patient. Now. One after they have sent me a bill because my insurance did not pay them for the services. I did call the insurance to find out what was the reason of not payment. The insurance agent explained that Ismile had performed a gum debased treatment. So cal then back to provide me proof of I was with a gum disease at time I was at the. Dental care. Up today I have no received any response for the manager of this dental Care. When I was advised to wait for a phone call. Never go to this place

Tooth was pulled out , no pain ! Staff was very nice ! Doctor Gupta ! was Very nice !! I highly recommend- don't look no where else trust me :)

First they leave you sitting in the very crowded waiting area for about 20 min before asking what you are there for (very unorganized) but the worst part is waiting for over an hour!! What is the point of making an appointment at a certain time to wait over an hour to be called! All three times were the same thing and all they say is that the doctor has an emergency case! What a joke of a practice! Horrible horrible horrible.

Avoid. These are insurance scammers, they 'filled 12 of my teeth' yet I still need 8 more fillings. Either they are incompetent or they are scamming me for insurance money. Horrible place never go here

This place is absurd. I came with my boyfriend to his appt & as a RDH, i was not happy. First off, the doctor didn't even clinically check his teeth for caries. he simply just took a look at his wisdom tooth. & when i asked him if he had cavities, he said no. they took a panoramic when he was also due for check up x-rays. the doctor did not properly do an exam. the hygienist who did his cleaning was so rude. she just came in & told me to have a seat in the hallway & i said that i was ok standing. she left the room & i guess told the doctor to tell me to have a seat because i didn't want to leave the room because the people already seemed iffy. the hygienist left the room with her gloves on & did not even change them or take them off! it's so sad how they treat medicaid patients! i should call OSHA on them!!!

Hello I just started coming here and thought it was a nice place but! I was wrong horrible place so unprofessional and never on time with appointments. I've had to reschedule a couple of times because I've been waiting and waiting and never been seen. I had an appointment once at 4 o'clock and I wasn't seen until 530. When I asked the doctor so when I make an appointment for 4 o'clock should I come in at five and he said no you should come in at 6 o'clock that just shows you how unprofessional this place is. Don't come here not recommend. Wish I could've gave them no stars........

Very bad service, my mom has been declined for her appointment to pick up her new dentures on October 15th at 1:15pm for being 3 minutes late and told her there was no possible way to take her in, so she had to reschedule for October 29th at 1pm which is today and we are here but again she got declined and now they say the appointment was at 11am and that she's past her appointment when they had literally scheduled for the same time as last time. I'm pretty sure they don't care but my mom has high blood pressure and both times we've had to take her to the doctors because the staff has no patience and no way of making anything work they also had her date of birth wrong and told her the computer doesn't make mistakes. Everyone else saying the staff is amazing is probably getting an incentive or they just have something against my mother, one or the other. We would like if the dentist or management would reach out, thank you.
