Very unprofessional. Was on hold for 20 min just for them to hang up. I call back and no one even greets you just puts you on hold.

They change my cap because there is space between, the new cap is so short, and lots food stuck between and I bit my side from it I complain they ground it more and they told me keep it clean don't leave food between because your age make you lose gum and boons if you don't clean the food we can't stop the food between it, great why I bother to change cap in first place, and every visit I see different practice Dentist who works on my tooth, never I get the Dentist itself, as much the dentist have no experience it toke me 1 week so I can start eating on that side 1 month to heal, and they are very cheap on gloves they protect there hands only not you they never change the glove before you or after you

Very happy with my treatment. Doctor Tejal is very pleasant to work with me. She is very fast and solved the problem swiftly that many other Dr could not figure out.

Very professional stuff. Alexandra, the manager helped me understand everything about my insurance coverage. I would never let nobody else than Dr. Tejal Patel takes care of my dental needs, she's is very knowledgeable and professional.

If I could give thus place negative starts I would . This is the WORST place you could ever go on all planet earth. I went here 2 months ago to get an infected tooth that needs an extraction. Was told by the dentist she would make sure I was approved quickly by my insurance so I could be taken care of. 2 months later my tooth is still infected and still not extracted. The insurance has assured me that they have been in contact with the dentist and is waiting for them to send the written dictation of why this is medically necessary. I have called the office numerous times and have been given no answers just been told you have been denied(which is false my insurance sent me papers stating otherwise) I have been treated like I am unimportant and have been given nothing but attitude every time I have called there. I was asked for them to call the insurance yet AGAIN and was told that they would call me back in a half hour. 6 hours later I call them back they attitude front desk person said " I called you left a message " I ask what number after a 4 minutes of holding she reads me a number. I say that's not my number rather than saying ok I am sorry here is what I found out. Or I apologize what is your.number she says well that's the number I have. I said to just forget it we will go somewhere else. She didn't care at all just said ok. I don't think they care about their patients just want to sit there give attitude and get paid. I wonder if the dentist knows how her front staff treats people.

I recently got my cleaning and filling done at my smile dental. I am very happy with the approach and treatment. Doctor and staff are amazing, very efficient and quick..I highly recommend this place and doctor tejal patel (my favorite dentist)!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Terrible, TERRIBLE experience. Unprofessional staff and doctor and the worst dental experience I've ever had. Completely disregarded every dental concern I had. They'll probably respond some bs like that do all their negative stars but don't fall for it. Stay clear!!

The dentist is good but the receptionist and whoever deals with sending papers to insurances are very irresponsible, my mom had to wait over a month for the right documents to be sent. The place is divided in two sections some people that are passionate of what they do and some are just there to get a paycheck and add a number to the workplace.

Dr. Patel was amazing! Very informative and knowledgeable.Full service was completed in one day( xrays, cleaning and filling!)
