Dr. Ashley Lee grew up in Louisville, KY. After playing college volleyball and graduating from Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY, Dr. Lee went on to graduate from University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2012. Since then, she has attended numerous continuing education courses in order to keep up to date on the most modern dental technologies and standards of care. Her passion for dentistry is rooted in patient care and sharing her knowledge to benefit the overall health of each of her patients.She is certified in Oral Sedation, soft tissue diode laser treatments, and is a member of the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health, American Dental Association, AGD, and American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
Dr. Lee is dedicated to serving others and volunteers what time she can to providing care for people with limited access to dental and health care. She has traveled and participated in mission work in rural areas of Kentucky, Belize, and the Philippines, and hopes to continue to do so throughout her career.
Dr. Sarah Hasewinkel is a proud graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry, and completed her residency at University of Louisville School of Dentistry. She recently completed additional training through the University of Kentucky for TMD and Orofacial Pain. Shes also certified in Laser treatments and Invisalign.
Dr. Hasewinkel has been on two separate dental mission trips to Ecuador through Dental Community Fellowship, and also went on a dental mission in Rosebud, South Dakota. She hopes to teach part-time at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where she was able to help teach during her second year of residency.
Outside of work, Dr. Hasewinkel likes to stay active, so shes recently joined Pure Barre and also likes to go hiking. She also enjoys reading murder mystery books and spending time with friends and family, including her cat, Louie.
Haley graduated from Switzerland Co. High school and furthered her education by completing an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech. Haley has worked at My Rivertown Dentist since the summer of 2014. She enjoys dentistry because of the fun and an always-changing environment. One of her favorite aspects of dentistry is interacting with patients and becoming familiar with them. Haley makes the office a welcoming place. She is always eager to assist patients in creating the best experience.She firmly believes that our office has the best team around, and loves that they all treat patients like family.
Courtney received her high school education at home in Rising Sun and went on to attend the University of Southern Indiana. She graduated in May 2016 with a Bachelors Degree in the Science of Dental Hygiene and recently started her career at My Rivertown Dentist. Her education includes training and licensure in local anesthesia so that she can provide treatment that is both thorough and comfortable. Courtneys favorite part of hygiene is creating healthy smiles and healthy lives by working with and educating her patients to provide proper care both in the office and at home.
Melissa has lived in Jefferson County her whole life. She graduated from Plaza Dental Group in New Albany in 2010. She holds an Indiana State radiology license. Melissa attended U of L to gain her certification in Expanded Duties Dental Assisting. She has been an EDDA since 2013. She continues to work in the dental field because she likes to help people have a happy, healthy smile.
