I am new to the area and needed a dentist. I researched a little and found this office was nearby and had excellent ratings. My appointment was right after their lunch. When I got there, the office was locked. An employee was coming in at the same time and unlocked the door and invited me in. Soon thereafter, the doctor and other staff entered. Dr Finkelstein took the time to introduce herself and welcome me to the office. That was an amazing first impression. From there, I was interviewed by the doctor, who told me what to expect and explained everything that I did not understand. Soon thereafter, I met with the most amazing hygienist I have ever had the honor of opening my mouth for. Her name is Nicole. She is fun, funny, smart, gentle, professional, and overall delightful. I had my exam, cleaning, and polishing without even a threat of pain. Dr Finkelstein came in once more to go over x-rays and course of action - along with some recommendations for me. My only complaint is that Dr Finkelstein took my pulse and I don't remember her giving it back. KIDDING! So to wrap it up, you know when you meet someone for the first time and you know right away you like that person? That's how I felt with the entire staff. They're all welcoming and kind and made me feel like a valued customer. It's the little things that keep me coming back, and this office is full of them.

Love this dentist office. Made an emergency appointment for a toothache. Dr. Finkelstein saw me immediately, diagnosed and treated me all in under 90 minutes from appointment to discharge. Office is friendly, professional and organized. I'll be back. Thank you !

Today was my first visit with My Plantation Dentist and and very happy with the service I received. Nicole was amazing! She did my cleaning and explained everything to me step by step giving me tips on how to get better usage of my electric toothbrush . During my visit I also meet Dr. Finkelstein, she is very nice and attentive. She examined me and I got to ask her questions about Invisalign. I am very happy she is going to be my new dentist .

I came into this dental office as a new patient due to some dental pain. The entire staff was diligent and speedy with the diagnosis. I ended up needing a root canal, and Dr. Finkelstein referred me to a great endodontist. I then returned here for the crown. The whole process has been a breeze. Dr. Finkelstein and her staff have incredible pride in their work that should not go unnoticed.

If I could I would give Dr. Heidi and her staff 20 STARS but actually there are not enough to express my satisfaction with there service! When I'm there for a visit it feels like home and I am amongst family. Thank you so much to Dr. Heidi and the staff! As always I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Dr. Finklestein is amazing! I had an accident which needed to be looked at urgently and she was able to squeeze me in. She helped me feel at ease in the situation by explaining everything thoroughly. Highly recommend!

This office has severe communicating skills. I have been going here for quite sometime and the way they file,calculate it's completely a mess. I was quoted and asked to pay an amount yet they turned around and blamed it on the insurance company. I took it upon myself to call my Insurance ,and see why I had a balance after paying my portion, they were out of network when they tell you "We take the insurance with out any explanation, instead of " No we are not in the network" is the correct way as per my insurance carrier. Several times I called the office, the Lady takes forever to answer the question, told ME that they go by the way the group of the Insurance pays out, and they copy those fees. Again, incorrect we all have different levels of coverage. No compassion on their end for making a mistake. It seems I am not the only one experiencing this problem

This is the best dentist I've ever been to! Dr. Finkelstein is so kind, professional and helpful, I no longer stress about dental work and completely trust her advice and care. Five stars aren't enough!

Very disappointing from the beginning of my appointment,from the billing,misleading insurance quotes,to shoving unnecessary work down your throat. It comes from all angles to desperately sell you lots from the first visit. Not the turn out I expected..

Just had an Invisalign check up with Dr. Finkelstein. As always, Dr. Finkelstein and staff were super friendly, professional and took extra steps to ensure everyone's safety! Highly recommend My Plantation Dentist!

I absolutely love Dr. Heidi! Her office is very clean, professional, and timely. I have been under Dr. Heidi's care for over 7 years. From dental cleanings to cavity fillings and one root canal- I have always felt at ease, comfortable, and pain free. I love her staff and never wait for my appointment. Her office is also very modern and zen! I always recommend her to friends and family for any dental needs. She also does Invisalign and Botox. Love her!
