Ronald Saffar, DDS, is a board-certified orthodontist and the owner and founder of My Orthodontist, a practice with locations throughout New Jersey, including Deptford Township, Lawrenceville, Cliffside park, Bayonne, West New York, East Orange, Cherry Hill, and Patterson, as well as Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Saffar specializes in managing challenging orthodontic cases including patients requiring jaw surgery in addition to conventional orthodontics. By creating beautiful smiles, hes able to fulfill his passion for making positive changes in peoples lives.
Dr. Saffar earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University School of Medicine in New York City, where he also received additional training in orthodontics at the postgraduate level. Afterward, he stayed at NYU School of Medicine to complete a six-month surgical orthodontics fellowship to subspecialize in surgical orthodontics.
As an active and respected member of the greater dental community, Dr. Saffar is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, Mercer County Dental Society, Hudson County Dental Society, and Mid Atlantic Dental Society.
Dr. Saffar makes his home in Belle Mead, New Jersey, with his wife Parissa and their daughter Nikki. When hes not working or spending time with family and friends, he enjoys exercising, meditating, traveling, skiing, and playing tennis, golf, chess, and piano.

Been coming here for 2 years it's gotten worse with the rude receptionist very un professional even when the mistake is on her end. Always a problem they dont treat patients the way they should so fed up. Going elsewhere

I been coming here for my son over 7 years and the dentist for kids and grown up are very good and very professional and treat you with open arms and the manager Juliana is very helpful very respectful and she treat every client very good god bless these wonderful people in this clinic on 59th street in west New York On Bergen line ave I recommend if u need or your child need to clean mouth fix teeth go to this orthodontist you will love it and please leave a review after your visit thanks Juliana to you and your wonderful staff...

Wouldn't recommend. The weirdest practice, she won't book an appointment because I haven't done a cleaning. I said okay can I book the appointment ahead and I'll get the cleaning done prior. She said "some people say they get the cleaning and don't actually do it and that prolongs the process". She literally didn't want to book my consultation. Weird weird practice-- but saved me a headache I guess. I'm assuming these reviews are not all accurate. Wouldn't get ortho treatment here... why would you accuse people of lying about getting their teeth cleaned. There are hundreds of orthodontics in the area -- if you want to come here be aware they require you to have a cleaning and not lie about it either. Weird. Wasted my time trying to book a consultation- oh well, no business from me.

The receptionists are not the best and very disorganized especially when making appointments... they cancel without notice and reschedule at there discretion. Could be managements fault because the do look like they are under or around seventeen years old. As far as the actual dentists and dental assistants they are pretty good professional and inviting They definitely need a better and bigger waiting area as well as a better system forbsetting up appointments. The waiting rooms should be cleaned more often

My daughter had orthodontic treatment at the WNY location, they are great, the doctors the assistants (Jackie ) front desk (Juliana) everyone super accommodating and nice they are always with a smile and make you feel like your family I recommend them 100%

My son just had his braces removed this week and i can assure this is the best orthodontist in West New York. The final results were as expected. The staff are very welcoming & friendly and they're great with kids. Highly recommend this orthodontist!
