Ronald Saffar, DDS, is a board-certified orthodontist and the owner and founder of My Orthodontist, a practice with locations throughout New Jersey, including Deptford Township, Lawrenceville, Cliffside park, Bayonne, West New York, East Orange, Cherry Hill, and Patterson, as well as Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Saffar specializes in managing challenging orthodontic cases including patients requiring jaw surgery in addition to conventional orthodontics. By creating beautiful smiles, hes able to fulfill his passion for making positive changes in peoples lives.
Dr. Saffar earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University School of Medicine in New York City, where he also received additional training in orthodontics at the postgraduate level. Afterward, he stayed at NYU School of Medicine to complete a six-month surgical orthodontics fellowship to subspecialize in surgical orthodontics.
As an active and respected member of the greater dental community, Dr. Saffar is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, Mercer County Dental Society, Hudson County Dental Society, and Mid Atlantic Dental Society.
Dr. Saffar makes his home in Belle Mead, New Jersey, with his wife Parissa and their daughter Nikki. When hes not working or spending time with family and friends, he enjoys exercising, meditating, traveling, skiing, and playing tennis, golf, chess, and piano.

The drs and techs are great however I don't appreciate having to be rescheduled multiples times . I'm not even talking about past times they needed to reschedule but today they rescheduled me for an appointment that they canceled last week and literally minutes later they canceled the new appointment through text ! I've called multiple times for a new appointment as well as texted , with no success of a reply or getting anyone on the phone . I understand that things happen but this isn't the first time and is extremely inconvenient especially when the appointment scheduled literally takes minutes.

Enough with the mask... the kids don't wear mask in school but being force to wear it at your office... there is no mask mandate in NJ... freedom of choice...

My Orthodontist Bayonne office is amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming when you walk in; the waiting area is spacious enough to feel comfortable; a TV is displayed for entertainment purposes; the wait to be seen is satisfactory (even on busy days). The OA's are friendly, efficient and gentle with me. The Orthodontist is extremely professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about my particular adult canine impaction case. During visits he explains to me the next steps we are undergoing--keeping me at the forefront of my journey.

Yanil was very informative about the different types of braces. She was very friendly to both my son and I. Yanil answered all my questions with genuine kindness, no rushing because the office was about to close, excellent customer service skills, and time management. She knew everything about the process. We were in and out with no delays. I left the office knowing that I made a correct decision in trusting my son's dental need with My Orthodontist-Bayonne. Omg I love coming to my appointments! The staff are absolutely amazing. Yanil is absolutely the best she is very helpful absolutely a sweetheart. Flor is also amazing she is so gentle and professional. My experience for myself and my daughter are always amazing.
