Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Obviously my bad review was removed somehow. If anyone interested in knowing what they did to my mom and broke her tooth, please go to BBB. I've also reported this issue to New Jersey Consumer Affair, as well as the board of Dentistry of New Jersey. This is an irresponsible dental office, which does not care about patient's health, and tried their best to cover the fact from the public. Original Post: ================================================== Horrible experience. My mom did a root canal and a crown at here, and she was feeling pain since the root canal was done. The crown got a big crack 3 weeks after it was done. When my mom went in that office and complained about the pain around the crown, Dr. Ballili told us that because of my mom's grinding issue, she's going to ruin that new crown in short period of time. So ironic because the crown was made of cement, and it had been only less than 3 weeks, and he did not say anything when it was done. He tried to persuade (or trick) us to do a night guard in their office, that is going to cost us $250. We went into another dental office 3 days later and the other doctor told us that my mom is not good for a night guard because the crown was already broken. We decided to not let them fix up the cracked and broken crown because that doctor, Rahib Ballili is certainly not good at this. Instead, we asked for a full refund for the root canal and crown that he did. I called their office for a full refund, all they said is that they are going to call me back after they discussed with their manager. The manager certainly is the busiest person because I haven't heard from he or she since yesterday. Because we do not trust that doctor anymore, we went to a new office to check the cracked crown and what's going on under that crown and what's wrong with the canal. We tried to leave their office but the front desk (or the cashier) deliberately delayed the time. I don't know if she did that on purpose or if she's just bad at English. My mom wrote down the pharmacy address for her on a paper, and she not only put it into Google, which took her a long time, and asks me to spell that to her, like we have the time to listen to their "explanation." Don't go there. Be responsible for your own health. Now my mom has to let somebody else to go over that painful procedure again and she needs to pay for it. I cannot believe it.

I am a new patient along with my daughter. I must say that they're all very friendly and thorough. Everyone took their time explaining things such as next steps. in addition, the doctor was extremely detailed in her explanations as to my next dental steps to improve my smile. I am so happy to have found Garden State Dental. If you're looking to have a pleasurable experience at the dentist, this is the place for you.

This office was very welcoming and clean. The staff, doctor, and hygienist were great and explained what we were looking at/going to do. The doctor reviewed options for a mouth piece I was interested and offered to look into pricing. My major issue was discussing my next appointment(s) with the scheduling/financial individual. She was rude and not flexible at all. She claimed that I would need a possible route canal, which never was a discussion the doctor had with me during the exam. Discussing cost of the work I would need resulted in her refusal to schedule with me unless I paid for the services in full the date I came in. After reading reviews on google, I'm confused because she explicitly told me that they do not finance services and I would have to pay that day because "service starts and ends on the date of visit." She kept asking me when I would be able to get all the money for the procedures because she would not schedule me until then. I really enjoyed my experience during my cleaning and exam but the conversation with this staff member has me unsure of returning.

Unsatisfactory experience. I needed an extraction because I had been eating nuts and one cracked my tooth in half. The dentist did it and it hurt for nearly 2 weeks after. He said this was normal, did not even offer pain relief such as Tylenol 3. Plus I paid $350 for ths pain! I found a great dentist now in Caldwell and she just charged me $280 for a double extraction with pain med script, which I didn't even need and amoxicillin as a precautionary measure. Shop around!

My best dental experience ever! Very professional office stuff, new equipment and clean rooms! A week ago I extracted 3 wisdom teeth with Dr.Lenny I was shocked how fast it went and it wasn't painful at all! In October I had an infection in one of my tooth and I had no idea, Dr.Balilli and Dr.Zhu took care of this and after 1 week I had no more infection! Before that I had a cleaning, the hygienist was very. thoughtfull and told me some funny stories! I really love to come to this place, I had couple bad experiences in the past with other offices, but I'm really happy that I found this location! Good vibes only! Thank you Garden State Dental!

During this Covid-19 pandemic I was very worried about going to any dentist. However, I must say that I felt very safe in their facility. Eveyone was polite and courteous. My root canal service that I experienced went smoothly.

I've always had a strong fear of the dentist. From the very first day explaining my previous experience to Dr. B. he totally got me. I've had root canals and extractions at which the most I felt was the little pain from the needle in the beginning. Dr. B. is truly amazing when it comes to his craft. If I've had pain it was bearable after the procedure and most of the time I didn't even need a Tylenol. Then the staff there. What can I say? I love the staff. They are always so nice and willing to make sure you're comfortable during your visit. The office staff does an amazing job too working on your behalf with the insurance companies. So if you're fearful like I WAS please give this practice a shot. You will not regret it.
