Dr. Alexander Sadak was born in Kharkov, Ukraine and moved at the age of 11 to Fair Lawn, New Jersey. He graduated Rutgers University majoring in Cell Biology and Neuroscience and minor in Art History. Dr. Sadak received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine on Long Island, NY. He furthered his clinical knowledge and skills through a general practice residency program at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Dr. Sadak has received 2 national awards from the American Dental Association and completed more than 1400 hours of post graduate continuing education. Additionally he has passed a rigorous exam to achieve the honor of becoming a Fellow in Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). Less than 6% of dentists have achieved this feat. Additionally, Dr. Sadak serves on the executive committee of Virginia Dental Association and attends local study club meetings. He is currently the chair of education for the Northern Virginia Dental Society. Most recently he has been nominated to sit on the board of advisors for the renowned Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Education.
In addition to private practice he has provided charitable dentistry in underserved communities in the Caribbean Islands and participated in Give Kids a Smile Day. Dr. Sadak also provides charitable dentistry through the Alpha Omega-Henry Schein Cares Holocaust Survivors Oral Health Program and Medical Care For Children Partnership Foundation (MCCP).
Dr. Sadak loves to improve the health of his patients through education and is known for being comforting, patient and gentle. In his free time, Dr. Sadak enjoys hiking, biking and cooking. His weekend are spend outdoors with his wife Lauren, daughter Aria, and son Ethan.
Originally from Nicaragua, Ariel moved to the states at the age of 8. She was married during the height of Covid pandemic to her husband Max and currently residing in Falls Church. In her spare time she loves watching and going to Nats games, going to wine tastings with friends, and spending time with family (especially her 2 nieces).
Anna, a native of Ukraine, has been practicing dental assisting for nearly two decades and calls it her professional mission. Genuinely enjoying serving patients and being a part of the military community, Anna has worked in many international settings around the world before joining the team. She always takes personal interest in her patients care. Outside of the office, Anna dedicates herself to her beautiful daughter Nega and husband. Annas greatest passions are sports, books, and arts and crafts.
As an experienced dental hygienist, Laurie gently and thoroughly cleans our patients teeth as well as provides them with the vital knowledge that empowers them to effectively care for their teeth and gums at home. She joined our team in 2001, and says she love everything about her job! Laurie is a people-person, always interested in building a relationship of trust with others-and our patients appreciate her friendly and professional attitude.
Maria works with Dr. Sadak during treatment, keeping our patients comfortable and making sure the doctors can provide the highest level of care. Originally from El Salvador, Maria has lived in the US since 1996. She says she loves working with her friends, and considers our team a second family. The friendly environment that exists between the staff and our patients creates a wonderful working environment of trust and exceptional care.
