I went to dental school in two different countries and worked as a general dentist before becoming a pediatric dentist. I am happily married and have two girls. I speak five languages and love to travel with my family.

Dr. Tummala was amazing with our daughter. She was kind and made her feel relaxed. The entire staff was super friendly and focused on the kids.

I love this practice. The staff is always so nice, it smells good and is very clean. We've been coming to this office for 5 years with our children. Braces, pulled teeth and they don't cry when they have to visit the dentist. Excellent service, if you are looking for a new dentist whose professional and will treat your kiddos with care this is the place for you.

My 3yr old daughter was very happy with her service today. She found the cleaning and X-rays pressure-free and fun. As a parent with kids ranging in ages it's a relief to have the experience for my 3yr old swift and positive. She looks forward to seeing Dr. Tummala and her team again! Thank you!

We have used this office for all of the kids for several years. They are always on time with appointments and don't keep the kids waiting an extended time. All of the assistants are pleasant and patient with the kids. Dr. Tummala is also very patient with the kids and explains to them what she is doing. She also offers us options on any treatment for both budget and how the kids will handle the treatment.

*edit* **Dr. t called me today and was extremely sincere and apologized for the experience we had. Dr. t and her dental team were so great and I should have meantime's that as well. We did enjoy the dental team!! It's just upsetting when one person can completely ruin your experience. Thank you Dr. T for your call.** The front office is very unprofessional when you choose to go to a new office to get a second opinion. I had been nothing but kind to the employees and one in particular made it extremely difficult for the new office to get X-rays forwarded. Once they did, it was sent in a way that the office couldn't save it. Very disappointing.

I can't say enough! My daughter, 5, was so terrified of her visit today and every member of the staff was so nice and accommodating. They each introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing and explained the tools they were using to put her at ease and celebrated her as each person wrapped up their part. I was so touched to see them all treat my child like the only patient and give such personalized attention. So impressed!!!!

The appointment started out great. Everyone was very nice and worked well making sure my toddler felt safe and had a good experience. My problems came after the diagnosis of 2 cavities. They do not use anything other than full general anesthesia, which in and of itself is ridiculous for a pediatric dentist but as soon as the dentist gave me the options I felt like she didn't want to work with my child. First it was the anesthesia and for me to call around and find a pediatric dentist that offers oral sedation and when I said that I'd prefer just to establish a relationship with one dentist and we'd proceed with the option available then it became well you will have to pay $1000 for the anesthesiologist and it goes up if it's over an hour. They do not bill insurance for that. I told them that they were doing a disservice to their patients because I did not even pay that much for anesthesiology for a 5 hour cosmetic procedure. The front desk manager and the dentist continued to argue with me about how they don't keep any of that money and it all goes to the anesthesiologist and they didn't have control over it. I told them they absolutely did have control because it's her practice and they are the ones that contracted that doctor and are choosing to continue the business relationship even if it's ripping of their patients. I told the office I would be leaving this review and the dentist then tried to guilt trip me for providing the information to other parents that I wish I had known. She said it will keep her from getting business and it's been so hard with Covid. If you have an anxious kiddo or a little one that will need something to have any work done, this is not the place you want to be. I now have to leave there and scheduled another appointment with another dentist so they can evaluate her and then another appointment for the actual fillings. I'm frustrated because I wasted time and dental benefits without being told upfront they do not use anything but full anesthesia at booking. My daughter is 2 so that definitely should have been specified knowing that she's so young.
