I brought my 10month old to her first dentist appointment today and accidentally walked in the entrance for orthodontics and I was appalled. The place was like a zoo, people were sitting in the hall during Covid 4 people were in a room lined up next to each other having dental procedures. None of the rooms had doors so people were essentially having procedures done in little cubby holes with no protection or privacy. When I finally was taken over to the front desk only 1 of the staff members was wearing a mask and it was below her nose. I would have expected more from a healthcare facility. Why would I take my infant daughter to a healthcare facility that I couldn't depend on the staff to do the basics and to protect my child from getting Covid. I would never step foot in that establishment again unless I intentionally wanted to get myself and my child sick or enjoyed undergoing procedures with an audience. It's a very bizarre place

I'm new to the area and wasn't sure how to look for a dentist for kids first time. I chose here because of the great reviews. We were politely greeted and got checked in. When getting called back, kids got to pick a cape and a mask to wear to make them feel brave like a superhero. My kids absolutely loved it. Bel was super sweet and gentle to my kids. They loved her and sat so go good when she cleaned their teeth. Then Dr. Chen came in and looked over the kids teeth and she was great! Kids loved her and their visit. I'm so glad and relived we found a great dentist for our children. I highly recommend.

I cannot be more than impressed with how they run this faculty. Dr. Jack and his staff are very good with the kiddos. My daughter hated going to the dentist and now is begging me to take her. They make it a personal fun experience.

Our first visit here with my 10 year old and it was great. Everything went smoothly and on time and the entire staff is so nice! I ended up scheduling an appt for myself next door! Highly recommend

Very pleased with the urgency to see my son in short notice. I called at least 8 other dentist with no luck. I called My Kids dentist and explained my son was crying and they saw him. Great vibes all around!

Dr Jack is really good in making a trip to the dentist for kids comfortable, really talks and listens to the kids to give them a voice there, and getting a treat after each appt is always a plus in a kids eyes.

I cannot say enough good things about MyKid's, Dr. Jack and the entire staff. I have a son with SPD and severe anxiety, and they have all gone out of their way to make him feel as comfortable as possible. Their patience and kindness while making an effort to get to know him and understand what works for him as an individual is so appreciated. I also have to give a special thank you to Hope, who I believe may be my 7 year old son's new favorite person.

I had an amazing experience, the tech that helped was was very kind and made sure to speak to my daughter about her concerns and engage with my daughter regarding her care. The tech was very informative on what she noticed in the X-rays. The dentist was very nice as well, she advised the next steps we need to take. I felt confident that my daughter was being taken care of. I strongly recommend My Kids Dentist & Orthodontics.

Dr. Jack and his whole team are fabulous! I took my boys, ages 5 and 7, to see him for a routine cleaning and check up. The office looks great and is so inviting for young kids - it was hard to pull mine away from the gaming stations. Diamond, the hygienist, led us to the back, did their x-rays, and then did a great job cleaning their teeth. She had a tray for each kid and wrote their names really big and cute on their bibs. When Dr. Jack came in, he was so inviting and easy to talk to. My boys instantly liked him. Honestly, I was a little apprehensive to switch dentists. We LOVED our previous dentist in Upper Kirby but I found out he doesn't allow parents in the back for any dental work. I always accompanied my kids for cleanings and never thought work would be any different, but my son had to have a tooth filed just a tiny bit and that is when I learned of the policy. So, I called around and was so happy to hear that Dr. Jack welcomes parents to stay with kiddos during dental work. Also, I should note that I brought my oldest here for his first dental check up about 6 years ago and had a horrible experience... but that was before Dr. Jack bought the practice. I'm so happy he did and that this experience was such a great one.

Today was our first visit to Dr. Jack and his tram. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. Both of my boys were very comfortable and happy. We will definitely be returning.

My children are all seen here, including my oldest in braces. Everyone is so friendly and the kids just love coming to the dentist. They always look forward to the treasure after the appointment. Thank you guys for making what could be a stressful event easy and even fun.

Dr. Jack released my sons tongue tie and he is now eating, talking & SLEEPING. I would give a 5 star review just for the fact he is sleeping but it helps that the Doctor and his team were WONDERFUL. I could write a mile long review about how happy we are that we decided to transfer to Dr. Jack but I will try to keep it short and sweet. Both of my children see Dr. Jack (2yrs old & 7yrs old). My toddler can be A LOT at doctors/dentist appointments so its always a stressful time to see the nurses and doctors get flustered with him. However, at this appointment Dr. Jack and his nurse &&& the admin team helped try to calm Hunter and make him feel comfortable. The following week I brought my 7yr old in and when we left she said "I love my new dentist". That was all I needed to hear to know we were at the right spot!

Absolutely love Dr Jack and his staff. We've been seeing Dr Jack for 3 yrs now. Everyone is super nice and always so helpful as well. The kids are always excited to come to the dentist, which is not something you always hear from kids. I always recommend to others with little ones for great care.

Dr. Jack goes above and beyond for his patients even if it's been awhile since they have seen him. He is by far the most amazing,kind,generous with his time, and caring dentist I have ever worked with. If you're looking for a pediatric dentist stop here. He is it.

I didn't know dentist visits could be like this! Dr. Jack was put on Earth to work with kids. He somehow convinced my highly-anxious 5 year old to get a filling--no tears, no clinging, no complaints! Can't speak highly enough about this dentist and his staff.
