I have taken my son to My kids since he was 2. He's now 5 and we just met the new Pediatric Dentist Dr Basha and his dental assistant Cristina. They were WONDERFUL -- they were so gentle with my son who is usually very anxious in the office. He got sealant on his new adult molars and he did wonderful. I can't recommend Dr Basha and Cristina enough!!!

The best! My boys had an appointment today and their step sister tagged along for their appointment. She has another dentist but when I say she is TERRIFIED of the dentist, it is an understatement. When we were there, my step daughter was all smiles and commented on how nice everyone was and asked if we could switch her this office. Kyra and Gia made her feel so comfortable, and Shelly made room to get her in the same day. This will be first time in 5 years my step daughter isn't in tears and panicking before a dentist appointment.

I've been taking my kids to this office for the last 2 years since I moved to CO. Staff is great, doctors are very patient with my son who at times has dental anxiety and the dental assistants are amazing with kids.

If you love your children, DO NOT go to this dentist. I've never seen such poor quality dental care. This dentist does not do quality work and just wants more money. My child now needs more work because the original work was not done properly. I'm glad another dentist looked at her teeth before she had to get a tooth pulled. I filed a complaint and the manager to this office never called me back. I WILL NOT be going back to this office and will tell everyone I know that has kids to not go there. If I could give this review negative stars or ZERO stars I would.

My daughter is 2 years old and had a check up at my kids dentist. The dentist as well as the rest of the team did a great job assuring her that everything was okay. I was informed she has a tongue tie and how to go about getting it fixed. Overall great office.

Our appointment was at 11:30am. We got here 10 minutes before our appointment and have been waiting for 30 minutes. I thought that's what appointment is for, so that we don't have to wait! If we were late they would have charged me a late fee or reschedule. That's not fair!

Just had a crown replaced. As we all know the Dentist office is not our number one place to visit. I do want to recognize Krya my dental assistant. What a great enjoyable young lady. You can tell she loves her job and loves helping people feel comfortable in the chair. She brightens your day and makes the complete visit enjoyable. Thanks Krya Willis

We took our 1 year old daughter in for her first cleaning and the office was clean and very kid friendly and made us feel welcome. Dr. Shanelle was amazing. She took care and made sure our daughter was as comfortable as possible for the checkup.

Avoid this place. Perfect Teeth is a more honest and a better practice. I have been taking my kids here for years with the same insurance. My 11 year old child has some major teeth issues. Last year the dentist had to extract 3 teeth and laser her gums. Before this was done they did their preapproval to tell me my out of pocket to pay. I also do flex spending yearly to help with the cost. I paid the deductible and had the procedure done. Then in January 2021 , 7 months....YES 7 MONTHS later. They bill me over $300 for a claim denial. Hospitals, specialist, doctors, they send you unpaid claims within a few months. Not here. I had money at the time to pay this bill if they would have sent within a few month. I called my insurance to find out why it was denied. Here is where it gets interesting. They procedure would have been covered by a dentist, but My Kids bills as "Pediatric Dentist". My policy only covers "Pediatric" until age 7. My kid has been here having services way past. I have good insurance from a major provider. When I disputed with the office manager I was told "We bill it and they usually pay it, but once they deny a claim you no longer can have service here. They will probably deny all future claims now. You need to find a new dentist." I asked if she could just see the dentist next door at Parker Modern Dentistry. They advised me they won't see kids under 15 there. Now I am stuck with a bill, looking for a new provider. This could have been avoided long ago had they told me that they will bill the provider, but pediatric dentistry is not covered by my policy. I would have found a different provider years ago. I guess they are just greedy, don't care about the patient. Only the money. The awesome dentist we started with, and orthodontist Dr. G. have all left. Maybe they knew something we didn't. Oh and next door, I had a crown done. The new dentist drilled a pea sized hole in my cheek during the procedure . Didn't bother to say anything until 15 minutes after the mishap. Just how is your cheek feeling? If it bothers you do a salt water rinse a few times a day. Yeah pure agony for 2 weeks eating after the crown. Mic drop ....I am out. Next stop BBB.

Dr. Dhalil was so informative when talking about bite issues and retainers for me (as a young adult). He explained all my options and explained everything with pictures.

Dr Stacy Jackson saved us!! My son Ryder was beyond terrified of dentists. He needed work done and Dr. Jackson was able to get it done and did such a fantastic job! He is no longer scared and loves going to see her. Dr. Jackson is simply the best!

Everyone here is so friendly and nice! They do a great job making my kids feel happy and comfortable; they actually look forward to coming to the dentist! The doctor is very knowledgeable and answered a lot of long time questions I had. Definitely recommend!
