The manager Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable and got us seen in a timely manner. Our dental hygienist and dentist Dr Doan were excellent with treatment and making my child feel comfortable the entire time. I would (and already have) recommend this office to anyone!

They refuse to do the fillings at the same time so I had to come back pay two co-paypayments pay for nitrous two times the second time I came back they cut my sons tongue and my daughter came out with a lip that had been been really really hard drooling blood everywhere this was the worst experience and now my kids are afraid to go to the dentist and quite frankly I hate the place because I had to pay $600 when I could've only paid three.

Rude customer service at the front desk they don't care about customers if you get there late for any reason they don't try to make a space for your child and the next appointment available will be in a couple months. Not all of them are like that but most of the orthodontic team.

This place is a joke! Receptionists are rude, unprofessional, unwilling to help resolve any issues and full of ATTITUDE. They get frustrated when you simply say I need this time and day, you have to get what day they give you and accept it. Not friendly at all. They force you to see the Dr that diagnosed treatment if you ask for another Dr or to be seen by another Dr they refuse that. My son need a filling done and they gave me a fat out date when I told them I don't mind another Dr they refused saying it has to be the same Dr you can't choose. Last time I check by law I have the right to request for another Dr. Planning on finding another dentis. It's all about MONEY HERE, everything g else is secondary if that!

Would not recommend this place definitely quantity over quality. Front counter admin. Closest to the front door had a don't care attitude. Kept coming back every other week to fix broken parts. And we do not live close.

Very disappointed. Been taking my three kids here for several years. For my last appointed THEY cancelled my kids appointment twice and rescheduled three months out. Only appt available was during school hours. Called ahead on my way and they said the appointment wasn't confirmed although it was scheduled for months . Gave me a 10 min window to arrive. Arrived in 12 minutes and dentist would not see my three kids. We will not return and now have a new dentist for our family of five. They had no problem cancelling my appointment twice but no flexibility for the customer. Had never been late before. Staff was not receptive to needs and unconcerned with losing us as patients. Unfortunate...

I've been bringing my 8 year old and 5 year old here since they got their first teeth as infants for cleanings and the experience so they wouldn't be scared of the dentist (which they aren't). Have always been satisfied! However lately every 6 months when we got for cleanings they see someone different. We had xrays done and they said everything was perfect for my sons teeth! Not even two weeks later he was complaining about tooth pain do I took him in, his cavity was so big and close to the nerve they had to put a crown on him. Luckily it was a baby tooth and it will fall out. Again we showed up and saw another dentist than before. So inconsistent. I had this dentist go back two week prior to look at the X-ray because I was thinking no one in that short time a cavity grew that large. It was his first cavity and it was missed at the check up/ cleaning. They then worries about the shadow in the X-ray on the other side so filled that shadow area just Incase it was something. I don't know anout most people, but I don't like paying for things I've been preventing and religiously going for that reason. A simple filling fine. But paying for a crown and putting him through laughing gas and all that was totally preventable! I get cavities happen and it did even being prevented but the crown was a high cost we should've had had to go that far if they caught that on their end. Other than that so far we've been happy just make sure you demand the same person and second opinions.

They are very nice. They are gental on teeth and they ask if ur ok when they are working on their procedure. I recommend this dentist I love it

This place is amazing for kids. My 6yo had to have some work done and the tvs, laughing gas, and staff are just A+!!!! The walls are filled with color, I love that the doors are clear.
