I started my higher education expedition in Davis and moved to New York City for dental school, where I was fortunate enough to meet the love of my life, my wife. My favorite pastime is going on day trips to the beach and hiking with her and our two dogs.

I have been bringing my son here for the past 5 years & it has been an amazing experience for him. I love this place! The ladies in the front are always helpful, the assistants are all friendly & the doctor's are amazing!

By far the best dental office for my kiddos!! They are so patient and caring and take their time to ensure my kids feel comfortable during their visits. All the dentists are great and the crews are even greater! We been coming here for years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my kids dental health. Thank you My Kids!!

I have no complaints and have been coming for years. They do so great about fitting all my kids in on the same time and day. I've hardly ever had to wait. Staff is always friendly! The Doctors are great too. Wrote a review today because I appreciate their consistency in service and care..

This dentist / orthodontist was great before COVID. Now their customer service is awful. They don't care about their patients and getting an appointment is nearly impossible. When my daughter had her braces they scheduled an appointment and then saw another child in place of her who had the same first name. My son and I were 20 minutes late to an appointment (I called ahead of time but getting them to answer their phones is impossible). When we showed up they rescheduled him for over two months out yet coincidentally when I approved his $6000 braces the week before, they magically had appointments within a week. They absolutely do not care about their patients and there is no personability at all. The lack of customer service and empathy is sad but a company can only go on so long with this attitude before they crumble. Beware, as others have stated, they definitely play favorites when it comes to appointments.

Honestly I would not even give this place a 1 star. They neglect to do there job correctly. They change your appointment time without even asking you. They neglect to call you when things are approved. My kids teeth just got worse as they failed to call me and let me know when things were finaly approved. Today he had an appointment, it takes me 35/40minutes to get there, i am already half way there when they call me and tell me they cant see my son now that hes over the age six. I wasted my day, missed work, and now i still have to miss another day to schedule an appointment and miss another day at work. Do they not understand that there is working parents that can't afford to miss work especially when its for nothing. Most disappointing place to work with. I do not recommend this place. I seriously dont understand how this place is even open. I will make sure to never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

Sadly, the reviews from previous post are accurate. You can call and never get someone to pick up the phone. I don't know how long this place will continue with bad customer service. Without customers you won't have a business thriving when there are more choices to choose. Why not take advice from your customers and do better!
