The girl at the front desk was RUDE!!! I explained to her that my son's appointment which was scheduled for today was canceled by a phone call late last night. I tried calling back no one answered. I tried calling today no 1 answered so I can get clarification as to why it was canceled. She also refused to provide me with my son's medical records. She told me I don't need to yell. I was not yelling. I'm upset that this business is so unprofessional. She told me she doesn't know how to handle such matters. As I walked out she told me in a sarcastic tone,"have a nice day." I would not recommend this place at all as this business here have a high turnover rate.

Their front office staff is incredibly unhelpful and rude. The dentists may be wonderful, but the support staff makes them unworthy of business.

There doctor is amazing she treat my daughter very good she loved going here but we moved locations and couldn't make the the drive but I would highly recommend them and there manager is the sweetest thing in the world love the staff. If I move back definitely taking her back to this office and no where else Unfortunately this review was a forced review due to me working with this managers sister and getting in trouble for putting my experience as a mom when taking my daughter here. And not feeling safe for putting my honest opinion. My real experience was nots so good. They always had my information wrong and they wouldn't call me to confirm my appointment and would then send me a letter in the mail forcing me to pay 20 or more due to a no show appointment. When I would take my daughter to her actual appointment dat which was written on a card they tell me there is no appointment for her and that they don't have my information in the system due to it being put incorrectly by staff. Which they told me that fixed but every time I went it was always the same issue.like I said doctor was nice but I will never take her here and don't recommend take your children here either. Due to a lot of unfriendly staff.

This place ruined my face. The braces and retainer they gave me ruined my face. They made my smile so much wider with no space on the sides when I smile (like Taylor Swift) and the retainer they gave me took up literally all the space in my upper mouth so I could not practice proper tongue posture for years ( still can't). This resulted in very bad face/bone structure and there is nothing I can do about it it's permanent. Please go somewhere else for braces.

My 9yr old gets treated here. We drive about hour 1/2 , her experience so far have been great. The front office has always accommodate us, the dentist and orthodontist have always been considerate of my child's comfort, understanding and needs. We have insurance and for the most part we pay very little out of pocket. My kid needs braces, we are trying to avoid some sever advasive procedures. The front office explained to us that my insurance covers one section at a time so we have been working together to make sure we get the best treatment plan out of it. We are know on stage 2 of her braces, my kid is doing such a great job taking care of her teeth. The staff always let her know how proud they are of her. Thank you staff for giving my kid a happier experience then the one I had of dentist.

This place is wonderful. My 8 year old daughter has come here since she was 4 and I just recently took my 3 year old son for his first few appointments. They both really like it here, the staff is friendly, their follow up is good and their dentists are great. I really like the way they handle children with patience and kindness. My kids walk out of their appointments telling me that they like going to the dentist and want to keep brushing their teeth! I am happy about that so thank you My Kids Dentist! I would definitely recommend.

I had to pay extra out of my pocket when I moved to southern CA from Sacramento CA to continue the orthodontic treatment. This was through My kids dental and orthodontics. I was told this compensated for the location/price and the 2nd orthodontist. Before the orthodontic treatment ended, another orthodontist bought out the 2nd orthodontist. Comments were made about the timeline, not quick enough several times. The 3rd orthodontist told me that she could not finish moving one molar, it couldn't be done. The braces came off, I was given a paper to sign saying treatment was finished. Since then, I contacted my old dentist in Oregon that I went to for about 20 years. He determined from the panoramics that yes, the tooth could be moved. I am now going to pay an extra 1850.00 to finish the alignment of my teeth with invisalign. I think it is about wanting extra money again to finish the job or cutting it short because the number of visits and time was too much for the division of money between three orthodontists. That is the kindest interpretation that I can come up with for not finishing the job.

Terrible billing. I gave correct insurance information on the day of appointment and they still got billing wrong. I've given insurance information more than 5 times and they still got it wrong. To make matters worse the staff has been rude. Jessica said why don't I just pay the bill. Why? Because I pay for insurance and if they could get their act together the bill would've been paid by now. Getting the billing wrong isn't as bad as the rude staff though
