Went to this office today because I was having a emergency with my bonded retainer. Staff / doctor were very dismissive of my situation in general.So concerned with money ( which I have no problem paying) that they neglected to take the time to even hear me out. I've been a patient of PDS since 2012 , and a patient of this particular office since 2019 . Back in 2019 I started orthodontic treatment with Dr. Edwards 6 months into the treatment, he relocated to Blue Springs 45 minutes from Tiffany Springs where I live, reluctantly I followed him there , as I wanted to continue my treatment with the same doctor. To their credit they did offer me continue treatment In Tiffany Springs but with a different Dr. , fresh out of school (at the time) I choose not to. Anyway fast forward to today . After work I showed up for my 1:00 appointment looking forward to getting this bonded retainer that was broken and poking me underneath my tongue taken care of. After a 30 minute wait in the lobby (past my 1:00 appointment time) I was finally brought to the back , when the doctor finally came back he looked in my mouth and said , exact words , I'm going ti have one of the ladies from the front come and talk to you about finances . I was so lost. When the "office manager "Cindy finally came and spoke to me all she could tell me is that they couldn't do anything for me and how'd I'd have to go to Blue Springs where my treatment was performed. Then informed me that the doctor doesn't work for the company anymore. After going back and forth with her about getting the emergency I came in there for taken care of they finally decided to let one of the dental assistants cut my bonded retainer off, nothing else. They literally left the glue on the back of my teeth Long story short I will never spend another dollar with Pds or anything associated with them again in my life.

From the scheduling process to check in to treatment planning - the process was simple, fast,seamless. THE STAFF IS AMAZING The hygienists are great with the kids and the dentists- wow just wow. Ours is a gentlemen who is sun contracted for bcbs I forget his name but when we left my daughter said can we be sure to get him everytime This procedure was a cleaning a small filling and pulling 4 teeth So for her to ask specifically for that doctor again said it all 5 stars everytime

When i woke up from getting my teeth removed they wouldn't tell me anything and i thought i got my organs harvested

This was my daughter's first visit to the dentist and she loved it. She is already looking forward to her next check up in 6 months. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. They took time with both girls and made sure they were comfortable with each part of the visit. I was nervous to find a good dentist for my kids and I am so happy I found this office. We will for sure refer to our friends and family and will return.

My kids loved this dentist. We had been to another dentist and all we had was screaming and crying and bribing to try and even get my daughter to open her mouth. Here Jai-Ci and Dr. Mann talked to my daughter explained what was going to happen and she followed right along with it. We had smiles during the x-rays. During the cleaning we laid back in the chair and allowed Dr. Mann to complete everything he needed to do. All the staff was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. I will be recommending this to all my mom friends.

I love this dental office. They are so good with my 5 year old, talking to her and explaining everything at her level (and me for that matter). They took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and they gave me all the options along with their recommendation. And it was an excellent atmosphere. So happy with this place.

My 6 year old just had his first visit at My Kid's Dentist and I was blown away with how AMAZING the dental hygienist and pediatric dentist were. My child is very sensitive to new situations and exhibits some mild spectrum traits and tendencies. He was terrified of the dentist from previous bad experiences and the staff at My Kid's was PHENOMENAL with making him feel comfortable and putting him at ease. From patiently explaining what was going to happen, to letting him look at and touch the instruments before using them and adjusting their methods based on his comfort level, I can honestly say that we have never received a level of care that has even come close. We are so very happy to have found a great fit for our family!

*EMERGENCY HELP*. Needed my daughter in due to pain in her tooth & they took her in that same day to examine everything. We will be getting it pulled next week to give her time to help infection get better. The receptionist are so welcome and so helpful & very great with my daughter. No one can really comfort my daughter but they did amazing. Dentist of course is nothing but amazing. So relieved they will be the ones taking care of my daughter. Thank you so much. Stressing less with this great team!

The people are really nice and they are so gentle with my 4 year old. Everything is kids themed and she isn't scared like she was at the regular dentist.

LOVE THIS OFFICE! Shelby made my daughters feel so special and really took her time with them. Such a fun atmosphere for your kids. Mine loved watching the T.V. on the ceiling and the toys in the lobby. When it came time to bill insurance Tara took care of everything for me. She explained exactly what insurance covered and made scheduling my future appointments painless. 10/10 would recommend.
