Great dr and staff! Had a very difficult mouth from the beginning! No other dentist would touch my mouth but this guy right here! He truly has helped me when a lot of others were telling me to go to an oral surgeon. Any problems I have they fit me right in. All the staff is amazing and has been amazing at comforting me thru this hard time. I have a major dentist phobia and they have been great with me. I am feeling so much better having the infections out. My top denture plate looks beautiful and natural. Thank you all so much for making me feel beautiful again! I am very thankful and truly grateful for all you have done and still are doing! Can't wait for the permanent ones now! If these look amazing now as temporary I can't imagine what the permanent dentures look like!

This is by far the kindest, professional, and honest dentist office that I have ever visited. The options that are given, the clear and decisive plan of action, and the superior level of care for me led to incredible results. Dr. Baqai ensured that the dozen extractions would be pain free. This is the truth. Period. The end. I now know that pressure is normal, pain is not. The finished upper denture was a perfect color match, and frankly looks better than I could have imagined. My bridge from a previous dentist was poorly done, Needless to say, I was petrified to go back to any dentist. Dr. Baqai and his wonderful staff put me at ease, was incredibly gentle, used cutting edge equipment, and repaired the prior work and it looks natural. I will never go anywhere else. People love my smile, cannot tell that I have an upper denture, and my self-esteem and confidence have returned. Thank you so much!

My father had dentures made at 2 other places and was miserable. A friend told me about Dr. Baqai! He made a new set and my father is finally able to eat, smile and enjoy life again! Can't say enough good things!

On March 14th I had all of teeth pulled at My Hagerstown Dentist & Dentures with Dr. Baqai. To say I was nervous would be an understatement but Dr. Baqai made me feel quite comfortable. I knew I would be in a lot of pain for awhile as expected. Took some time to get used to wearing my temporary dentures. On August 31st my permanent dentures were put in place. Woo Hoo! They fit like a glove and I have been enjoying eating regularly with no pain or issues! AND I can't stop Smiling! My Mom always said you have to suffer to be beautiful when she curled my hair when I was little. Today I do feel beautiful when I smile thanks to Dr. Baqai and his staff. They all were so pleasant and helped me through the whole process. I would highly recommend their office if you are considering having any procedure done. BIG THANK YOU to all of you. Elaine

When everyone made me feel like it would be impossible for me to smile again My Hagerstown Dentist and Dentures made sure to prove them wrong! Dr. B was comforting and the whole staff is just simply amazing. I highly recommend them! Thank you for my new smile..I feel absolutely beautiful

My Hagerstown Dentist is great! Dr. Baqai is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. The staff are all very friendly and considerate. 13 yrs ago I went to the old building and they did great then.. I recently broke my plate and decided to get a new full set...Wow!!! I love them and what great job they did..all the staff was very nice and helpful to any question I might of had.... very great quality of work they were perfect... thank you !!! Very much for helping me feel comfortable and for my complete set...

Dr. Baqai is truly a professional with all the current and up to date skill a patient is looking for. Friendly and assuring, you can't ask for more. I knew I was in good hands when his office was able to work me in to the schedule the same day. I walked in with extreme Anxiety and walked out hopeful and filled with gratitude.Such a pleasant change from previous dentists office. He genuinely care about my anxiety. Him and his staff are just amazing!!!!!Very patient and gentle, Excellent chair-side manner and fantastic care. I will be recommending him to everyone I know seeking dental care. I've been going to Dr Baqai since Feb 2020 and no one has worked with me quiet as well as this team. Dr Baqai is awesome. He always super nice and he makes sure to take his time when he is with you. I appreciate that he talks you through every option available and walks you through every step. The rest of the staff is super friendly and they always try their best to make sure everything goes well. If things don't go as planned they are quick to notify you and make sure everything gets fixed the right way and the patient is satisfied. Great dental group, highly recommend.

For the past 15 years I have suffered from the loss of my natural teeth. It has been an Odyssey of pain and embarrassment. About seven years ago I had extractions and an upper denture done by another dentist in this area and was absolutely dissatisfied at how I was treated. Recently I went to see Dr Baqai at Acadia dental and dentures for a evaluation of doing a lower and also to replace the worn top denture. From the minute I got to the appointment the treatment I received was fantastic. The entire staff was professional, friendly and non judgmental. They explained the procedures and the timeline and gave me options for financing. I am finished with my procedures. I am very happy with my final results. Dr Baqai and staff made sure I was happy with the results and even are helping by doing minor adjustments to make the transition more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice to anyone especially those people who have had bad experiences with dentists in the past.

Dr. Bahai and his team are absolutely amazing!!! Not only are they highly professional but, they are very compassionate and treat you like family. They definitely go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable.

Undoubtedly the WORST dentist in the area. Found myself waiting REPEATEDLY for phone calls. Received nothing but excuse after excuse as to why they could not simply do their JOB. In my opinion, the dentist has no regard for patient comfort or care. VERY UNPRPFESSIONAL.

Dr. Baqai at Acadia Dental is absolutely AMAZING! He and his team took such great care of me and my teeth. I hadn't smiled or eaten correctly in years, until Dr. Baqai made me a gorgeous new set of plates. Now all I want to do is show off my beautiful new smile. I cannot thank them all enough for literally changing my life!! I HIGHLY recommend Acadia Dental and especially Dr. Baqai!

I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist, I had a terrible wisdom tooth extraction and come to find out I have a condition in my lower jaw that makes it hard for me to get numb.I came here and received a reasonable plan to fix my teeth. I unfortunately had to have a back molar removed . I was scared to death but he did such a good job I didn't feel a thing, he got me numb and was quick. I am so happy to continue my whole plan to have my smile back and not be in pain. The staff is so sweet and caring!
