Dr. Aziz enjoys so many aspects of the dental field, from being able to help others so directly to working with his hands. This work allows him to indulge both his technical and artistic talents, as well as meet so many interesting people. From the moment he started down this career path, he hasnt looked back once.
Dr. Aziz completed his undergraduate education at the University of Maryland at College Park, where he completed a degree in Neurobiology and Physiology. He worked as a dental assistant for some time before deciding to enroll at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry to pursue his doctorate, graduating in 2011. Over the years, he has worked in the cities of Bethesda, Columbia, and Frederick. He is passionate about the pursuit of continuing education and regularly attends advanced training for a number of different specialties, including cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics. He enjoys cosmetic dentistry in particular seeing the enthusiasm it brings to his patients is amazing to witness.
Dr. Aziz currently lives in Columbia with his lovely wife Sharon, his beautiful daughter Sophia, and their dog Alfi. Whenever he has free time, he enjoys traveling to new places, cooking and tasting new foods, and watching and playing sports. His favorite teams are the Redskins, Orioles, Capitals, and Wizards. He also has a personal dream to own a food truck one day!
Dr. Smith completed her undergraduate degree at McDaniel College in her hometown of Westminster. She pursued her doctorate at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, followed by an additional year of advanced training through Montefiore Medical Centers General Practice Residency. In order to offer her patients high level dental care with the latest techniques, Dr. Smith invests time outside of the office completing continuing education training. She enjoys helping patients achieve improved oral and overall health through customized treatment plans.
Outside of the office, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has a passion for eating (just about anything) and exploring new restaurants, traveling, exercising (yoga, running, hiking, lifting, circuit training), painting, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens.

Dr. Aziz is incredibly thorough and meticulously fixed my chipped front tooth. I was so grateful for his care and how well he fixed it- it looks great now, compared to the chip before! He's also very friendly and kind, and the staff here are great!

This was my first visit as a new patient. I moved form a dentist in Germantown that I have not been happy with since they changed ownership last year. Dr Aziz and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the visit was smooth, painless and quick. I feel I have made the correct decision and look forward to their team helping me with a couple issues I have going on! Highly recommend My Frederick Dentist.

The staff was nice, but the dentist was condescending and defensive. I don't like going to the dentist, to the point of phobia, so I do need compassion, and understanding... and also some care, which i didn't receive! The dentist was looking at the xray remotely, in her office, just come to speak 2 minutes with me, which were desagreable and sent me away with a reference. I will look for another more gentle and non dismissive dentist.

All I have to say about My Frederick Dentist is that they are amazing!!! Specially Alexis!! She took the time to explain everything to me and was very attentive to what I was telling her. The entire staff provided me with great service.

My Frederick Dentist staff and Dr. smith have been wonderful! They have been extremely quick with getting me into appointments and giving helpful information and referrals as needed. I look forward to coming back next time I'm in need of a cleaning or other dental need.

My family and I have been very happy with our experiences at My Frederick Dentist. Dr Smith, Dr Aziz, and Becca have all very professional and nice. I was particularly happy that several old fillings they replaced for me were done very well, with no pain and great results.

Becca was my hygienist. She takes her time with teeth cleaning and is gentle. Both my husband and I realized we had the same hygienist due to her gentle nature. I would highly recommend My Frederick Dentist - especially Becca. We now make sure all of our appointments are with Becca. Thanks again Becca! I received a thorough consultation and exam today from My Frederick Dentist (8-8-22). Plus, as a 4 year patient with regular scheduled cleanings and my daily brushing/flossing regimen at home. Has improved my gum/teeth health beyond what l was experiencing, at that time. Billing, reception, techs, dentist have been patient, courteous, helpful. With my occasional questions and concerns throughout my experience with their services.

smooth process from start to finish, I was told what was happening at each new thing my hygienist did (I wish I could recall her name- she was super nice), Dr. Aziz was friendly, they accommodated my four year old coming with me which was a huge plus so I didn't have to miss my appointment

Very clean and safe office. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They offer affordable membership plans for those without dental insurance. It may even be better than your dental insurance.

I was having some real issues with my teeth and needed an emergency treatment to alleviate the pain on my left side of my cheek. I had neglected my teeth due to work schedule and also because I never had the time to find a good dentist in Frederick who is part of my dental insurance network. Now I am forced to find one real quick to get some emergency treatment. By a stroke of luck, My Frederick Dentist does provide emergency dental services and saw me on the same day. I was treated with antibiotics and pain medication and was referred to an endodontist. I am grateful for Dr. Cho and the staff for seeing me and treating me. To a person, they are very understanding of the pain I am going through and are very kind and gentle in their examination. I am sure I have found the kind and caring dentist I have been looking for. I'll be back!

Incredibly helpful and friendly. Did not try to over sell me unnecessary procedures. Even called multiple Orl Surgeons to assist me until they found a couple options that do the procedure I need and take my insurance. They're the best

I was very happy with the services provided. I appreciated their effort in providing standard care during this pandemic times. From the front desk to the dental staff they were really making sure that all their safety protocols were in place. The office was very clean and The staff was very detailed in making sure areas were disinfected after and before every patient. I came to the office as a new patient for my cleaning with their Hygienist Becca I also had my exam by Dr. Saba They were very sweet and help me understand my dental needs. The girls at the front desk were really helpful in explaining my insurance, scheduling my other appointments and also told me at front what my out of pocket expense was going to be before treatment was rendered. I will definitely recommend the office to anyone who is looking for a caring practice that focuses on the well being of their patients. I enjoyed my visit and can't wait to see them again for my follow up care.

They offered me a "complementary" evaluation to see if I needed braces ... then I never got the treatment plan, a call from them or anything ... Now they charged my insurance for an "ortho treatment visit" ... if I knew they were going to charge my insurance I would not allowed them to take some pictures ... now my lifetime ortho maximum is a lot less. I have been to other places, they all do a treatment plan FOR FREE. Frustrated to say the least ......... Update ... Nadia from your office called me TODAY (06-03-2022) at 3:37pm to go over my treatment and got your email TODAY at 4:11 to talked about my treatment. I called Tuesday before posting this review and the lady at your office told me that you always send the claim even if I don't get the treatment at your practice because that's your "policy". I told her that I was not told that and she said that you "have to send the claim because you are in network with my insurance and that is the norm". So ... I DID CONTACT YOU before posting here and your answer was "we always submit the claims for pre treatment and then apply the credit to your actual treatment" ... any way I don't care anymore ... but next time just be upfront. I have the right to know when I'm being charge for something that I'm not sure I even want.
