This place is great! The people are nice and friendly, the process was very smooth. The procedure and financial planning are explained well. Easy to find! Nice and clean. I would definitely recommend!

I am very satisfied with the service provided by my favorite dentist clinic. Dr. Yadav has been very professional and accurate with my surgeries. He was able to advice me with right dental procedure considering my insurance budget as well.

Great dentist office! Feels very warm and inviting. The hygienists are very gentle and helped instruct me on some brushing tips, and Dr. Yadav answered my questions very well

I have been visiting them for about 2 years now and have never had any issues. Since I started my visits, my teeth and gums feel and look much better than before. The dental hygienist Stefanie is very nice, patient and always happy to talk and so is Dr Yadav. Also, I've never had any issues managing my appointments, thanks to Natalie. This indeed is my favorite dentist.

I've been going to Dr. Yadav for a couple of years now. His team is always helpful and thorough. Dr. Yadav is knowledgeable and patient. Takes the time to explain what he's doing or why he's making a suggestion. I haven't had any serious issues (thank goodness!), but I would feel comfortable discussing all of the options with him and determining what is best for me.

Summary: Dr. Varun destroyed my tooth. Do not get a crown here. I got two crowns on the same tooth from Dr. Varun. The first one leaked after only 6 months, resulting in terrible sensitivity. The second one was also a failure. The crown was poorly fitted, leading to traumatized nerves and infection. I was not able to chew normally and could only drink lukewarm water. It was painful. During this whole time under their care, I communicated my concerns but I was always told that I needed a night guard. I sought second, third, and forth opinions. They all agreed that the crown was very poorly done and it had nothing to do with the lack of a night guard. I ended up needing a root canal treatment so my tooth is now dead thanks to Dr. Varun Yadav. To get a crown, they also require you to buy a warranty. The warranty will stay valid only if you visit them for cleaning twice a year. In other words, you have to remain being their patient for 5 years to have your crown insured. They did not tell me about the validity requirement until the day of the appointment. Upselling is also a big thing here. They recommended Invisalign on my first visit. They didn't really listen to my concerns. They seemed to only care about selling you things and getting the most out of your insurance. I understand that dental procedures can be difficult and mistakes happen, but this office failed to communicate with me and did not listen to my concerns. They didn't really admit their mistakes until I called them out after seeking the second opinion. Cleaning experience was fine here, though. UPDATE to clarify the response from the owner: - Previously, my tooth was chipped and was already fixed by another dentist by filling. Dr. Varun recommended a crown claiming that there was cavity in the tooth. However, nothing was fixed and it got so much worse. My tooth is not just broken but it is now dead. I always wonder to this day if I really needed the crown. Even if the tooth was broken before, I would expect it to be fixed not destroyed. - The second crown was paid for by the insurance. That was expected. They are supposed to do that anyway. It was not out of kindness. In addition, they made you pay for the lab warranty anyway.

Wonderful experience. The hygienist Stefanie is amazing and very gentle. Doctor is very nice and knows what he's talking about. Happy I made the switch here. This truly is my favorite dentist! Dr. Ya fav and his staff are the way to go!

My family and I have been coming to Dr. Yadav's Sunnyvale office for years. I've started going to his Pleasanton location because it's closer to my house, same great service and it's closer to my house! Dr. Yadav goes above and beyond to help my family and me. Super friendly and could never even think of switching to another dentist. Thank you Dr. Yadav!

Great first experience, the staff were very friendly and watched my toddler while I took xrays. They were bery thorough with describing the best treatment plan for my oral care. Highly recommend
