Just went for my first visit. Very pleasantly surprised! I needed a cleaning because it had been a while. Everyone was very professional, fast and Dr. Ma had a great touch. One of the best cleanings I've ever had.

My Favorite Dental Clinic is more then your average dentist! Here is what I call family! Always getting the job done! Very friendly staff! Office is nice and clean! Always have a wonderful experience!

I never had a problem with Dr Ma , she is very nice and gentle, I can say that she has pulled a few teeth, also I am in and out very quickly.

I first saw Dr Ma in 2018. The service was fine. I called a few months later because the filling she had done was coming loose. Her office told me that my insurance would not cover another visit, which I knew was not true. I left a message on Dr Mas website explaining that I was displeased about being lied to about my insurance. She called and apologized which I appreciated, however I decided to find a new dentist. Fast forward two years, I decided to give her another try. I made an appointment a month in advance, the day before they ask me to confirm, which I did. The day of I walk into the office and am confronted by Dr Ma and two office staff asking me if I remember that this is the office I am mad at. I started to laugh it off and said yes, I was upset two years ago. She says something about needing to have a rapport with me to clean my teeth.Long story short she basically wouldn't see me which was fine I just don't appreciate my time being wasted. I wasn't even going to write a review until I read other people saying the same things as me. This office is discriminating against people in my opinion.

I really enjoy my favorite dental. The rooms are always clean and the procedures are done professionally and quickly. I have never had a problem and I really recommend this dentistry.

One of the best dentists in the area. Their prices are fair, and their office workers are very nice. Their facilities are very clean, and Dr. Ma is very nice. She did great work on my teeth, and was very accommodating of my fear of needles. She let my family hold my hand when she injected the numbing stuff. Overall, great place! Kid friendly too!

Went for annual check up and a tooth that's becoming sensitive. Dr. saw I needed cavities filled and root canal. I paid $55 for visit which includes X-ray, cleaning and consult. Sensitive in tooth that needed rct. Little pain. No prescriptions for antibiotic given. Dr. Said I didn't need one. Dr. Didn't even review xrays and point out problem areas with me. All they wanted was the money in hand. So unprofessional. Made me so uncomfortable that I had to ask questions about the exam I just got. If I hadn't asked, I would've walked out with just papers to attempt to read. Their responses to me asking even made me feel I was overreacting and annoying them. Not ok. Assistant couldn't even read X-rays. Disappointed. They were good with my children three years ago. Not too sure about adult service or if you don't have keystone insurance. Got physical service I paid for but, psychologically left office furious and treated unfairly.

I have seen Dr. Ma for years and find her to be professional, careful, and friendly. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

I used this office in 2018, good service. I e-mailed to set up an appointment for this year two weeks ago, providing my insurance information and policy number. On my appointment day the office was dark, no one there. "Oh we left you a voice mail and sent you a message" There was no e-mail and message sent to wrong number. SO - I made a second appointment for today, they called me a little more than an hour before the appointment "Oh, we are sorry we do not take that insurance any more". I replied "I sent you my insurance info two weeks ago" - "Sorry we do not check until the day of the appointment". BOTTOM LINE - Dr. Ma is a good dentist - her office manager should find another line of work.

They don't have enough experience and try to let me pay more!! I was told I was only covered at 80% for preventive cleaning and can't have another cleaning within 6 month! I was very surprised since I had the 100% cover at other dental site and always have the policy which says I am covered in calendar year which means I don't have to wait for 6 month!. I was told maybe my previous dentist billed other procedure, that is why previously I can have cleaning within 6 months and they would like to bill the procedure for Periodontics. It is 80% covered so I have to pay 20%. Then they called my insurance company and the representative told them I was 100% covered for preventive clean. But later when they checked my policy online benefit page they showed me I was covered 80%-100%. They said they should be 80%. So I have to pay 20% for preventive cleaning!!! I was confused. After I went outside, I clicked the details, actually the cleaning should be 100%, only Space Maintenance is 80%. And I called delta dental , representative told me I have two cleanings covered 100% in calendar!! Don't have to wait 6 month to get another cleaning. I don't recommend this place, they don't know how much they should charge! They even said my previous dentist billed a different procedure and tried to let me choose different procedure and pay 20%!

My Favorite Dental Clinic is the best dental office I've been to thus far. They are always punctual and professional. The office is clean, quiet and never crowded. I've recommended to my family years ago and this is the only place they've been going to.

Dr Ma is a great dentist place is clean never over booked. And she work with you when the insurance company doesn't covered major Procedures. Her price is reasonable.
