Office staff lies about what insurance they take. They will tell you that they accept your insurance for cleanings(which should be FREE) and then bill you $250 for it and then threaten to send you to collections. Very unprofessional for a business to take advantage of customers like this.

My husband and I have been going here for a couple years now and it's the best, most low key dentist ever! Everyone is SO nice and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. The dentist is never a favorite thing to do but this office and dentist has made it much easier to want to go. 10/10 highly recommend!

Dr. Faddis and staff are awesome! If you are new to the area definitely reach out them. Dr. Faddis is easy going and very friendly. Their office is clean and comfy. I typically have a lot of calcium build up and Sarah the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very gentel and I greatly appreciated that.

This office has some communication problems they only see you for certain problems then they refer you to someone else and between the both of them they refuse to tell you the full problem then they refuse to fix a minor problem they need better patient communication skills they also send you to another dentist when you get a second option is when they refuse services.

Eddie Faddis is a 10/10 and the best dentist I've ever had (and I've seen a bunch of dentists). My family and I, including 3 little girls, absolutely love him and his team. He removed a tooth for my daughter and it was painless. He got me in this morning after I broke a tooth on Thanksgiving. Quickly fixed. Very knowledgeable and great work. I've referred him to friends and coworkers and think he is amazing.

Eddie Faddis is a 10/10 and the best dentist I've ever had (and I've seen a bunch of dentists). My family and I, including 3 little girls, absolutely love him and his team. I've been seeing them for 9 years now. I love the small town business feel. The secretary Cheri always remembers my name and my kids and what is going on in our lives. The hygienists are so gentle when cleaning our teeth. Dr. Faddis is kind and honest. He won't try to get you to pay extra $ for pointless procedures. And their nitrous oxide (laughing gas) prices are the best in town! Especially important for my kids and husband who need a little extra calming during fillings.

Eddie Faddis was recommended after a few years of hoping my local dentist was doing good enough. Faddis is super cool, mild mannered, experienced, doesn't sell you stuff you don't need, etc. I don't have to go back and have crowns re-fitted again after just one year as before with other dentists. His staff cleans 10x better too. Awesome.

We love Dr Faddis' office so much! We've been going to them for decades and we will keep going forever. They are so friendly and Dr. Faddis really knows his stuff!

Great Dentist and great staff!! Dr Faddis has been my dentist since he first started his practice on Main Street in Pleasant Grove around 1999. My kids loved him and still to this day use him for their family dentist. Very gentle and soft! I recommend him to all my family and friends.

Dr Faddis is amazing. He makes me feel comfortable. Doesn't try to sell me on things that I don't need. His staff are so fun. They are always happy to see me.
