Dr. Sharma started leading My Family Dental in December of 2016 when he purchased the practice. Dr Sharma decided to take leadership of the practice so he could use his outstanding achievements awarded by the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and his advance training in General Practice Orthodontics at the United States dental Institute to give his dental patients a complete dental experience. Dr. Sharmas passion is to provide every individual with the unique, healthy, and beautiful smile they deserve. His mission is to pursue this passion through complete, educational, friendly, and affordable dental care.
My Family Dental takes pride in serving their patients like family and has hired a team of dental experts to support Dr. Sharmas passion and mission. Dr. Sharma makes sure his staff is well trained and ready to help each patient and their individual needs.
Dr. Sharma enjoys his family life with his soul mate Inder and their son Jash. When he is not busy in the office caring for his patients, Dr. Sharma loves spending time with family and traveling. Dr Sharma also enjoys watching sports and is a big fan of all our local teams.
Carl has 10 years od experience as a Dental Assistant. He has 4 children and enjoys cooking, fishing, and watching sports. Once a year Carl donates his time to Dentistry from the Heart, providing free dental care to those who need it.
My name is Andrea Sterling. I just celebrated my 10 year wedding anniversary. I have 2 children, a boy and a girl. Ive been in the dental field for 15 years. I worked with an oral surgeon for 8 years. Got my EFDA certificate in 2020 at Sin Clair Community College.
Meet our hygienist Darlene Duncan-Harris, a 2008 graduate from the Normandale Community College Dental Hygiene Associate Degree program. At NCC, Darlene was awarded the dental hygiene Hu Friedy award for excellence and outstanding clinical performance. After eight years of clinical experience, Darlene went on to further her studies at the Ohio State University where she acquired a Bachelor of Science Degree with emphasis in Dental Hygiene Education in 2019. Over the years, her twelve years experience performing clinical oral hygiene has granted her the opportunity of working with adults, adolescents, and children. Her main focus is to provide quality oral hygiene care, and evidence base dental education to all her patients. It is a priority of hers to have each patient experience a warm welcoming stress free dental visit while thriving to reduce if not, eliminate dental anxiety at any level. Darlene is married to her wonderful husband of eleven years. Together they have four beautiful girls. Outside of dental hygiene she enjoys spending quality time with family ,traveling, exercising and cooking.

Dr Sharma and staff is always nice ' polite and helpful . Resectionist is also active always pick up calls and answer whatever you ask. Quick and active office staff

Great staff...always professional and polite!!! And I Looovve Dr. Sharma. He is always pleasant and he has a warm and friendly vibe about himself. He makes me feel like an individual he never makes me feel like I'm just another patient.

I've had nothing but direct great clear help from this dentist. From the receptionist to the dental assistants are 10/10. I have trauma related to dentist and going here is starting to change that for me. I've already had some extensive work done by then and I can't ever see anyone else touching me in the near future this is a great place that works with Medicaid. They always checked to make sure I was okay and comfortable and was clear with payments and prices. 1000% will return for further work. THESE PEOPLE ACTUALLY CARE.

It's very bad experience in my life with this dental clinic. I have some issue in filling and I am pain they not fixing and I have to wait for second visit.also settle all my bills when checking out. Whatever they asking after insurance cover again they asking money ..making drama.I am not referring all my friends and relatives to go this place.

Showed up was promptly seen, Dr. Sharma was extremely attentive and professional. Walking me step by step through what was going on and how I should treat it. Definitely helped put me at ease, with any of my dental problems.

I'm terrified of going to the dentist! So I wait till things get bad to go. I went to them just because they were the soonest available but they were awesome! As soon as I got there, I pretty much went straight to the back. My appointment was for 3:30 and I got home at 4:30.... Made me feel comfortable and had a couple laughs. I'm a little dramatic when it comes to people working in my mouth but it was a great experience.

Dentists are a painful requirement, it is an absolute pleasure to be able to go to a dentist and enjoy the experience. The practice was everything one can hope for, professional, courteous, informative, clean and quick. I wish i would have known about this practice years ago!!!!!

Staff is really nice here and Dr.Sharma is really great , I got my wisdom teeth out here which I was really scared about but it wasn't bad at all because he was very quick and did a really good job !

Dr Sharma and staff are Very professional, responsive and cordial. Work always done with a gentle touch, yet thorough. Takes time to explain specifics of his exam and observed condition, with advice given for recommended dental hygiene. Has been my dentist for many years.

I broke a tooth off one evening and had to call and make an appointment to have it prepared for a crown. When I called the office to schedule an appointment the staff set me up at appointment as quick as they could. The day of my appointment Dr Sharma was always kind and considerate and always explain what he is doing to put me at ease. Highly Recommended!!

I recently had my routine preventative dental visit with Dr. Sharma. They were detailed in getting my X-rays and reviewing them with me and performed a careful and deep cleaning of my teeth, allowing me to leave their office very satisfied with their delivery of health care services. I would highly recommend Dr. Sharma and his staff to be your family dentist.

Billing dept is horrible. 2 years later...I'm receiving a bill???? My husband and I pay our bills in full...When asked what the bill was for she could not explain it and I questioned her... she got irritated and hung up on me... needless to say, my family and I are moving. Wonderful dentist but horrible office staff.
