All staff is very kind and professional. I need some work to be done, and they had explained to me very clear what, why, when and the cost of every single item I need, so I can make a good plan according to my dental priorities and my financial means. So far I'm happy with service I already had and I feel confident that what is left to do, will be done greatly.

Starla was seriously the best hygienist I've ever seen in my life! Extremely through, and got places in my teeth clean I didn't even know was possible. My mouth feels so clean it's crazy! I will definitely be back!

10/10 would recommend this establishment for anybody child or adult, the staff here will take care of you and make you feel at ease as soon as you step foot through their doors. I visit Starla Harvey at this location every 6 months and she never fails to make my teeth feel 100% better than when I walked in.

Believe or not, I enjoy coming to this dentist office. Starla has been taking good care of me for years and so does doctor Olga. I highly recommend this dentist to anybody!

Family Dental is the perfect place to go for any type of dental work. I've gotten fillings and multiple cleanings, and truly appreciate how thorough the medical professionals are. They also have great customer service. Their front end staff, doctors, and hygienists, and assistants are all great at what they do. A special thanks to Starla for cleaning my teeth so perfectly and Dr. Yankelevich for her work. And Erin as well for running such an amazing office.

Kudos to the My Family Dental team! I am not a fan of getting dental x rays done. They are plain inconvenient, the dental assistants take retakes, and one's mouth turns partially sore. But not when one is with Family Dental Team - I got my x rays done today and none of these happened. Loved how the team was candid with all the treatments needed but did not pressure/force them. The staff was cordial, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend My Family Dental!

Disappointed that i was provided with a service which is not covered by insurance. And i had to pay the full service fee. I do not know what is the point in providing insurance details. The estimate which i got during service was also a random one. Looks like the service fee is intended to be patient's responsibility.

I'm not a big time reviewer of places, but I would like to definitely give My Family Dental Novi 5 STARS on my visit yesterday. My dental visit/cleaning was GREAT with Starla! VERY professional, caring and personable! It doesn't get any better! Trust me! ... I met Dr. Olga for the first time during the visit for my exam. Again, VERY professional and friendly! I'm VERY comfortable having her as my dentist! They only suggest/advise on what is exactly needed to maintain healthy teeth & gums and will provide a scheduled plan over time to accomplish this if you so choose. Reasonable pricing. Beautiful office. VERY pleasant staff! 'Shout out' to Dr. Olga, Starla, Erin, Makiya & Ava! I'm very particular and I like to feel confidant & comfortable when trusting someone with my dental care! HIGHLY recommend.

I had a sore on my gums that I concerned about. Dr. Olga checked it out and put my mind at ease. She said it was healing and I should just wait it out. I already had an oral topical anesthetic, so I was good to go. Also was able to see me right away, instead of having to wait.
