Sandy is very kind and gentle. My cleaning are always gentle yet thorough. The whole staff is pleasant and professional. This office Do not feel like a dental office it feel like you're visiting friends but you come out with pearly whites. Lol. Dr. Mike is really cool. He did my implants pain free. I love my smile now. I still have more work to do. But so far so good.

By far the best experience at a dental office I have had. Dr Mike and his team are the best. I would recommend for everyone to come here for the treatment. Today is11/1/2022 and say one again they go above and beyond in taking care of their patience.

I opened the door to the building on Mack Ave and felt like I entered someone's living room. To my right I saw framed certificates of the doctors elegantly decorating the wall next to a shelf holding a plaque that read "Not all heroes wear capes, Some wear scrubs". Turning slightly to the left was their reception window with a friendly voice letting me know she saw me and even knew the name of my daughter that had the appointment. After a brief check in I turned my gaze to the room's furnishings. Stylish chairs and side tables coupled with coordinating paintings made me feel as though I was in someone's house. My eyes scanned all around the room and landed on the collection of caricatures of the dental family. While i studied the frames and learned tidbits of the people that makes up the team here, I was called in by a smiling Liz. This friendly hygienist kindly and gently took xrays of my girl then she carefully cleaned her teeth. We actually happened to crash a birthday party for Dr Mike which added to the family feel of the practice. We made a plan for my girl to get her needs cared for and were headed to the front to make a return appointment. After being to 6 different dentists since 2015, I was so delighted to find a practice i felt good about. I immediately made an appointment for another of my daughters and left on cloud nine. At her next appointment and my other daughter's appointment for their repairs, i was still very impressed at the skill level of the dentist and assistant. As a mom I study the reactions of my children laying in the big chair. I look for twitches or any sign of fear or pain that they are uncomfortable voicing. During their visits, i sat in my chair watching the procedures. Not a twitch. My mama heart was at ease. Ive been continually impressed with My Family Dental. Thank you all for your expertise!! Anyone who is considering this dentist, i would highly recommend giving them a call and setting up your appointment.

Going to a new dentist can be intimidating but My Family Dental makes it easy to relax. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, so you know exactly what to expect every step of the way. From making that first appointment to understanding your treatment plan, they walk you through everything and answer all of your questions. Dr. Daniela is very kind and thorough about explaining all of the possible treatment options with no judgement about your dental condition or your financial needs. If you are hesitating about making your appointment, stop putting it off and make the call to this office.

I found Family Dental on-line due to an emergency. From the friendly phone greeting to Dr. Danelia's professional ,super friendly and jovial attitude, I am sure that I have found a new dental family. His assistant was caring and all the staff that walked by my room smiled and greeted me. The office manager stopped to engage in a short conversation and i felt like this was my hundredth visit. Bottom line: excellent knowledgeable doctor that took his time to explain the procedures to a very caring and friendly staff!!

First time at the dentist is awhile, highly recommended , liz was so nice and gentle at cleaning my teeth and dr.mike was very honest and very cool guy to talk to. If you are scared to go to the dentist like i was definitely come here , you will be good hands

Absolutely wonderful. The entire staff make sure you're comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Mike is very transparent about the care you're receiving and may need in the future. I've been to other offices that make you feel like you're just another patient in a room but My Family Dental GP treats you like you're old friends. If you're looking for a great dentist office, I highly recommend My Family Dental GP!

The staff here us wonderful, who take good care of their patients. I want to come to a place knowing I am being taken care of just like I take care of my teeth. Thank you all staff members for helping me and my teeth. My teeth are very happy and grateful for all the work you do.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! There truly are no words to express my gratitude to the entire staff of My Family Dental. This was only my second visit but they treated me like I was a part of their family. I called at 7am because of the intense pain that I was in. Jennifer was able to get me in immediately. Jack was very caring as he got me checked in. Dr. Mike is my Hero! He came in and he saw how much pain I was in and immediately started numbing the area. Cindy and the rest of the staff that worked on me were very helpful and caring. I look forward to a long relationship with My Family Dental!

I registered because the health care provided by the dentist said they would clean it for free a year, but the cleaning I expected requires an additional payment.So I asked for free cleaning and it was done in a very short time. I felt bad.

9/2022 Update: my process is complete & if I could change my review from a 5 star to a 10 I would. This place is simply amazing, kind, compassionate, understanding. Dr. Mike & all his staff are wonderful , I've never been to a dentist like this before. They are heaven sent & I am no longer afraid of the dentist 5/2022 Older post: From beginning to now (not at the end just yet) every person here has been absolutely wonderful!!! Wonderful is actually an understatement. I am getting a dental implant currently & I should mention I'm terrified of the dentist, never have a good experience, & usually request to be put asleep. Dr. Mike did my surgery awake & let me tell you by the time it was over I felt like he never started. I'm like "we're done? Seriously" . That man is God sent! He went above and beyond to make sure I felt no pain and the surgery was an ease. His assistant was just as wonderful as he was. The front desk staff are wonderful, caring, & compassionate as well. The office is very clean. I could not wish for a better dentist.
