I grew up in Henderson Minnesota, a small town (population 739), about an hour Southwest of Minneapolis. I moved to Mesa Az in March of 2000. I am a proud mom of two awesome kids, a son and a daughter respectively . My son is smart and funny, loves to play hockey (goalie) and has an adventurous spirit. His hockey has given him the opportunity to travel and live in many different states, and to experience life in a way most kids dont get to see. My daughter is a sweet soul, more grounded in nature and loves being around family. She thrives on being social, whether thats through friendships or work, and has a huge giving heart. I started practicing in 1987 and started at My Dentist in August 2007.
I love being in the outdoors and I even love the hot weather of Arizona. When Im not working youll probably find me walking/hiking, or working in my yard. I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes, but I get the most enjoyment from baking and sharing it with others.

Our office offers a welcoming environment, featuring a double-sided water wall in our foyer which provides soothing and relaxing sounds, which circulates beneficial negative ions throughout the office. Our facility is powered by 200 solar panels. Clean air and pure water are also extremely important to us. We have an ecological and earth-friendly office with top of the line air and water filtration systems for removal of chemicals, metals and toxins. Each room is also individually equipped with additional specialized air filtration units for safe removal of mercury vapors. Stay away from this place. Dr's are nice enough but the office staff is terrible. They will tell you one thing on price and even cash discounts and charge you something else entirely. The office staff is very rude and absolutely do not care to help.

They do great dental work here, and I liked Dr. Kovar. I stopped going when I realized they were still requiring masks as of February 2022. Would consider going back if they change this policy, but in the meantime I already had my February cleaning done at another dental office.

My Dentist, Dr. Margolis, and Dominique have my highest recommendation and thanks! I was having a major dental surgery and very, very apprehensive. Both Doc and Dominique put me at ease and let me know how severe my problem was and what we were going to do about it. They used multiple tests to confirm and even sent out biopsies to validate post operatively. The team was amazing and very accommodating. Doc provided the most meticulous dental exam I've ever had. You want a meticulous dentist - so they do things right. I had the whole afternoon with Dominique who made sure all my questions were answered. This was not a 30-minute appointment. I spoke with doc at least 3-4 separate times. It turns out my case was even worse than suspected - thanks so much for the team's skill! His post-operative communication made me feel like I was his only patient. Thank you so much!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Margolis for at least 12 years. Figured it was time to give him a review. He is a very caring and dedicated dentist who truly wants what's best for his patients. We highly recommend Dr Margolis to anyone who needs an exceptional dentist.

Now 2020: looking forward to Dr Margolis care strongly recommended x2. I read the above comment by David Rand . Please forgive him & his comments. Serious health issues, rooted in previously poor dental care. I've found shocking information about the body being ill for which poor dental is root. . Read book: Root Canal Deception & other info including a chart which describes "which tooth" governs "which part" of the body. I have been basically bed ridden over 5 years with such ill health-Almost died The swelling in my legs was at 4-4+ at times. Felt like telephone poles with about as much feeling. Could not walk.... I had the ligaments to previous teeth removed, plus all root canals- & all the infections which those caused, removed.The gross swelling went down immediately post surgically & has not been back since. (Who else but dentist think dead tissues of any kind, (dead teeth),can stay in body (and NOT DECAY - give off infectious toxins and destroy the correspondingly appropriate linked body organs/parts!?) Perhaps David's health/lack of need to research/understand truth/need to remove teeth to maintain good health was not understood. I'm born with birth defects:narrowed upper jaw> causing decreased airway-->MISSED SIDS BABY! . Apparently, Dr Margolis, has appliances which widen upper jaw --> also lower jaw; enlarging oral region & therefore open up oral pharynx & lessen sleep apnea. New 2020; new hope!

Best service in the valley!!! After visiting 4 different dentist in 2 years I have finally found this group of doctors, staff and reception which provide excellent service and care! I now recommend them to all my clients. If you struggle with visiting a dentist or are in need of loving care, they educate you and then give you treatment options.

Around a 1 1/2 I went there to remove one side of my mercury fillings and I have to say that I'm now scare because one of the fixed tooth has been hurting ever since. I when back and told them that my tooth was still hurting and the Dr told me that it was normal to have some sensitivity. The pain is getting worst, I don't know what to do and I don't want to go back. Does anyone know a good dentist? I really need one.

I was a patient of Dr. Margolis several years ago, and I could highly recommend him if you want to get your teeth taken out, whether they need to come out or not, whether it's in your best interest to have them out or not, whether you can afford to replace them or not; because Dr. Mike doesn't care about those things. Taking out peoples teeth and grinding out their jaws is what he does, it gives his life status and meaning, and pays for his facility, his loyal staff and his considerable legal bills from getting sued. But if you're okay with your interests coming after that then he just might be the dentist for you. Good luck with that.
