Dr. Clark serves as a Clinical Fellow at the University of Connecticut, as well as a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is also currently an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Clark is happily married, with three grown children and seven grandchildren. When he isn't caring for his patients, he enjoys skiing, scuba diving, and most water sports. He has also written two books regarding religion.
Anns background is in medical billing and she switched to the dental field when she joined our office a year ago. Ann loves each opportunity to get to know our patients, relieve their pain, and see them smile with pride. Ann has been married for nineteen years to her wonderful husband, Rob and together they have four children: Robbie, Natalie, Rylie, and Madison. She enjoys collecting Wizard of Oz memorabilia and spending time with her family and furry animals.
Brittney has been in dentistry for ten years and earned her Certificate in Dental Assisting but now she mostly works in our front office and when you visit, you will probably be greeted by Brittneys smiling face. Brittney has explained that her helpful, sympathetic spirit and desire to help people with their dental needs spring from her own experience as a young girl, yearning to have her teeth straightened. Now, she relishes every opportunity to help others with their own dreams for a healthy smile. She is a proud mother of two boys and two girls who keep her life busy with church activities, sports, skating, karaoke, and family road trips.
Crystal has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for fourteen years. She knows how much a smile can impact a persons daily life and believes that when you love your smile, youll laugh more and ultimately, be happier. She thoroughly enjoys being involved in the process of helping our patients enjoy all the benefits of a happy, healthy smile. Crystal moved to the Four-State area in 2007 after graduating from the UMKC School of Dentistry. In her free time, she loves all things fitness and traveling with family.
Jenny has been in dentistry for almost 20 years and with our office for the last four. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Missouri Southern State University in 2006. Jenny has always had a passion for dentistry and loves being able to play a role in helping patients get healthy teeth and a smile they can be proud of! Jenny is the proud mother of Mallory, Brady, and Dawson who keep her very busy with sports and Girl Scoutsbut she wouldnt change it for the world. Jenny loves encouraging their fascination with nature and animals. The whole family enjoys activities like biking, walking trails, and playing with their many pets at home.
Jaimee has been in dentistry for eight years. She spent six of these years as a registered dental assistant and has been the office manager with My Dentist Joplin for over two years. Jaimee cares deeply about improving oral health/overall wellbeing. She loves being a part of the My Dentist Team and helping to deliver the care the patients want, need, and deserve. Jaimee has been married to her husband Trevor for six years, and together, they have a daughter, Berkley and a son, Briggs. They enjoy sporting events, spending time with extended family and taking a swim in their pool any chance they get.
Leanna has been in the dentistry field for over eleven years. Starting out as a dental assistant, she is now registered in expanded functions and now works in our office as a business assistant. She loves helping people smile again and feel more comfortable with dental treatment. Leanna is a full-time student in healthcare administration and the mother of three wonderful kids. Outside of the office, she spends her time watching sports/band events, attending church activities, and experiencing outdoor adventures!
Jodi is a registered dental assistant, qualified for expanded duties, and has been in the dental field for 22 years. She loves helping people and putting her patients first. Jodi is married with three children and two grandchildren.
Stacy has been a registered dental assistant for nine years here at our office. Stacy enjoys helping people overcome their fear of visiting the dentist and she loves each opportunity to improve smiles! She is married with five children and they enjoy off-roading and other activities they can share as a family!
Diana is a Registered Dental Assistant and qualified for expanded functions. She had a traumatic dental experience as a child and as a result, her dental health suffered while she was growing up. She made a pledge that no patient would every have to bear the weight of that type of fear before, during, or after their time in her chair. Diana is married with six kids and three grandsons. Diana enjoys attending her church and teaching/leading Sunday school and VBS. She loves cheering her Webb City Cardinals as well as reading cookbooks and trying new recipes (especially baking)!
Emily is a registered dental hygienist and has been practicing for seventeen years. She really enjoys seeing her patients every six months and observing how their smiles and dental health have improved their lives. Emily has two small kids and loves to play golf amd tennis, workout at the gym, and travel.

The hygienist, doctor, and receptionist went above and beyond. I have high anxiety with dentists due to previous experiences and they not only alleviated that but made me feel super comfortable while ensuring I had all my needs and questions met ! It's the best experience I've had with any dentist and I appreciate them dearly.

Routine cleaning went fast and great, however afterwards my conversation with the front desk was confusing. With insurance they told me the total was $95, $45 after a referral credit. When asked why it was because I previously had periodontal disease. Nothing I experienced in my cleaning today pertained to that, the hygienist (Crystal, amazing by the way) didn't even mention any issues. I'm waiting to see what my insurance says about it, but I may just consider seeing a new dentist if this is how I'll be billed every 6 months.

I had a wonderful experience here! I came here Friday, Aug 11th, 2022 and I was amazed at how cleanly and beautiful their building was. It was a very welcoming atmosphere and they also had a very kind staff. I loved everyone I met there! I don't remember anyone's name except my dentist, who was Dr. Akharamen and he was amazing as well as everyone else who worked on me. They have very affordable prices too, as I don't have dental insurance and it is very hard to come by a affordable place. Thank you guys so much and I can't wait to come back here for any of my dental needs! You guys treated me like family.

I had a very good experience at My Dentist. I had a minor dental emergency and they got me in the next day. Everyone there is very friendly and everything was explained to me very well. The process couldn't have been easier. I would highly reccomend My Dentist

Where do I start? The reception staff are friendly and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very nice and efficient but my first visit here, I was confronted by the head dentist, Dr Williams, who talked with me about getting invisalign for my teeth. I had been told before that invisalign would not work for me but Dr Williams insisted that it would and I was assured that it would effectively straighten my teeth. Long story short, right in the middle of treatment, Dr Williams left the practice and another much sterner dentist took her place who stated to me very rudely that I should never have been started with invisalign, that my lower jaw had too much bone loss and that invisalign would cause my lower teeth to fall out! This dentist was again very rude and stern with ME the patient, as if believing Dr Williams that it was safe for me was MY fault. I left crying and very upset and was upset for days after that wondering what I was going to do because I was told my lower teeth had become irreparably loose by the invisalign straightener treatment and I had invested 4,000.00 oop into it because my dental insurance did not cover it. I reached out to the office manager who stated that they would refund me what I had paid for invisalign and move forward with the original dental treatment I went there for, before Dr Williams confronted me with invisalign and that my teeth needed straightened. I did get my money back but had to remind them of the little fasteners left on my teeth to hold the invisalign trays, they had forgotten to remove them! I was so upset by their incompetence. When I returned to get them off, I was given a couple shots right into my gums without any numbing spray and I had to tell the hygienist,Jody, to numb my mouth before sticking me with the needle! She was very rude and rough. I went to another dentist a week later who confirmed that I should never have had invisalign as my lower jaw would not support it. Long story short, this is a warning about this place. I endured pain and a lot of emotional distress because of the incompetence, rudeness and un compassionate treatment of the monsters who work here and who should not be in the dental practice. A straight up nightmare that I contemplated getting a lawyer and suing them but dropped because I didn't have the strength to fight them any longer. Please for your safety, the health of your teeth and your emotional well being, stay away from this horrible, horrible place! It was nothing less than something straight out of a nightmare experience for me. They are all about getting the money and they don't care how they hurt you to get it!
