Been going here for years and Dr JP is the best. Very friendly and knowledgeable, doesn't try to upsell or anything like that. Superb experience all around and everyone I know that goes here loves it! Shout out to my hygienist Jolene! She's the best hygienist I've had ever.

The Passamano family are very skilled dentists. I've been here once for a cleaning and my wife had all her cleanings done by Joe and orthodontic treatment by his brother the couple years we lived in the OC. We felt they were kind and competent. Furthermore, we never had any issues with billing and appointment mix-ups which can be a headache. Highly recommended!

The Passamano family are very skilled dentists. I've been here once for a cleaning and my wife had all her cleanings done by Joe and orthodontic treatment by his brother the couple years we lived in the OC. We felt they were kind and competent. Furthermore, we never had any issues with billing and appointment mix-ups which can be a headache. Highly recommended!

I am a Physician myself. I finished my office early to be at Dr. Passamano office for 3:20 appointment. I was on time. At 3:45 He gave me lots of local anesthetic for a tentative Crown placement. He disappeared, noticed his voice from the next room as he was doing a procedure. I asked oral hygienist where is he, she said he is putting a screw. I was surprised because he gave me anesthesia and started working on a different Patient. I heard him telling the patient to give him a good review. Anyway I didn't say anything and continued to wait for him. After another 10 minutes I heard his voice from examination room behind me where he was examining and doing procedure on a 3rd Patient. I found it very unethical and unprofessional to see three Patients and do procedures on them at the same time. I was given anesthesia that caused complete numbness and swelling on my left side of jaw tongue and gum and he left me sitting there all this time. It was my appointment time. He came back after 35 minutes of giving anesthesia. When I confronted him that it's not right, he said I feel a push back and not comfortable working on you. I left the office with half of my face numb without anything done. It's unfortunate that greed and non professionalism caused me waste of time and poor care from him. Triple

I had an amazing dentist for eight years but after a recent move out of county, I had to find a new one. If you're like me, you'll dig deep into Yelp and insurance reviews to make sure the dentist you choose is one of integrity. ;) Let me save you the time... go with Dr. Passamano! He's honest, kind, gentle, and personable. He actively listens to your concerns and won't advise you to have over the top unnecessary treatment, when all you need is a simple filling. I will definitely be recommending him to all my OC friends and colleagues.

I can't recommend trying Dr. Joe strongly enough! Don't fear going to the dentist ever again. I used to be terrified of pain and then adding high bills to that was enough to keep me away. Until I met Dr. Joe. He is so nice and kind and caring and explains everything and lets me decide how much I can handle before he does the work. There are no surprises during or after treatment, and his staff is just as friendly and reassuring as he is. His office is very clean, and runs on time and the communication is very clear. I'm not one to write a lot of reviews, but I just want to tell everyone because this guy changed my entire dental health. If you don't live close, he's worth the drive. Thank you Dr. Joe! See you again soon.

Dr Passamano is among the best dentists I've had. He explains everything, presents the pros and cons of different treatment options, and does very good work. The office is standard -state of the art equipment. The staff is great as well.

My recent experience with Dr. Joe Passamano was quite easily the most relaxing, quick, and painless visit to the dentist I've ever had which was great in light of what I needed done. I had recently chipped several of my front teeth surfing and was dreading the experience of getting tooth restoration or reconstruction done. But as a professional actor, I needed to fix my money-maker and fast. I reached out to Dr. Joe to find out if this was something he could fix and I was able to make an appointment with him much sooner than I had anticipated. I was more than pleased with the work he did as well as my whole experience at his office. The staff was so warm and personable, and made me feel at ease like I was in good hands. And I was!! Dr. Joe guided me through the process of what needed to be done to fix my teeth and made sure I was comfortable with all of the decisions we made along the way. Once the work was done - which took seemingly no time at all - it became incredibly clear that Dr. Passamano is truly knowledgeable and professional with his work. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Joe and will definitely be returning to him for my future dentistry needs!!

My first visit was to have a crown fixed. I am new to Irvine and this was the most convenient place. Dr. Passamano is a very likeable guy, knowledgable dentist, with friendly, competent staff and professional office. I'm glad I found him and feel I will be in good hands at his practice.
