Great experience at this office. Very friendly staff. Gretchen (dental hygienist) was the most knowledgeable and thorough hygienist I have ever had. The dentist was great at providing options on treatments. I highly recommend this office.

I called My Dentist Grandview because I was in need of immediate care. The receptionist was pleasant. I was given a same-day appointment. Every one in the office was kind and very informative.

The staff at my dentist are awesome. It was very easy to make my appointment. During my visit, l received a warm welcome.My dental hygienist-Gretchen answered my questions politely, very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend My Dentist to anyone that needs dental care.

I do not recommend them. My mother is a patient of theirs and she got dentures done by them December 2021 and they looked very nice however, the bottom row has been giving her trouble. So she decided to take the teeth back and have them adjusted. The office took the teeth and did absolutely nothing with them. Here it is July 2022 and she still does not have her teeth corrected and we are still going through the same issues from back in December . This office has gone out of their way to ignore and disrespect her. Talking to her as if she has no sense as a elderly women and not returning her calls, totally dismissing her. I plan to take this matter to corporate this is unacceptable behavior from so-called professionals that are to treat their patient with care and respect.

They don't provide tooth bonding service here that's fine. She was talking about it on the phone and mentioned it's not really preferred etc. and I said actually most people prefer if they have a minor chip on tooth etc. She just hang up the phone although I thanked for help.anyways :)

Dentist showed zero compassion and was rough with the needle he used in my mouth. I was told the initial visit that if I wanted a root Canal they had time to get that going but as soon as I mentioned I would rather the tooth be pulled they didn't have time to do that until the following week. Not a great experience.

Staff is friendly. Love my dental hygienist. If she leaves I would be lost! Still hate going to the dentist but I like how I'm treated in Grandview.
