If I could give this place a 0 I would!!!! It is the most unorganized place of business. The office manager has no place running this place. I make my kids appointments for teeth cleaning as soon as they are done and then when 6 months are up they call and say they have to reschedule and it's another 8 months out. So it would be over a year since they get to be seen again. This has happened twice since going here. I let the first time slide and now again.

I have never had insurance before so I had no clue what to expect, and now that I have it, I wanted to take full advantage of the opportunity it allows me. My Dentist was amazing and explained everything that I needed to know and things I had no idea about until they shared it all with me. They care immensely about your self worth, your confidence, and want to see you leave beaming with pride about your smile and the hard work they did to make it happen. I recommend anyone and everyone to do business with these professionals. They are thoughtful and understanding and will aid you along your path of a better smile and better health!

I love My Dentist. They are very efficient and professional and quickly answer any questions you may have. The staff are friendly and the waiting room time is usually less than 15minutes. I recommend using My Dentist for any dental work needed.

My son had a dentist appointment here, we had to schedule it out 6-8 months in advance. The appointment was on Monday and the Friday before THEY canceled the appointment. We called to make another appointment, we was then told it would be next June or July before they can get him in. So everyone understands, waited almost 8 months to be seen, the place of business CANCELED and then tells us we are going to have to wait almost a whole year to be seen.

Friendly staff and the doctor was great! Best experience I've ever had at a dentist. I didn't hardly feel the shots at all. I highly recommend!

They don't answer the phones. You call and leave message to confirm your appointment and they still cancel it. I would not recommend My Dentist.

I really wanted to like this place. I've been there multiple times, I really did give them a chance, but I will never go back. I already have HORRIBLE anxiety when it comes to dental work, and the experiences I've had every single time I've gone here, has made me not want to go to any dentist at all.. Most recently, I went to have 3 teeth extracted, when I got there I was told before being taken back that it would be x amount (I'm self pay) they had also told me when I had scheduled the appointment some weeks prior that would be the price so I said that was fine and they took me back. After sitting there for an hour they came back and told me it would be 3 times that amount! I told them no way! So after talking with the dentist I was able to have 2 of the teeth extracted. I would have walked out if I hadn't been in so much pain. The dentist also came in and told me if I wasn't able to afford these things I should go to a low income dentist. Before that happened, I went in for one thing and they came up with a million other things they said I "needed". So needless to say, I did not get what I needed done. And when I told them that no I did not want all the extra, not only did they not do what I needed in the first place but they were very hateful about it. I've also been there for an emergency infection where I sat in the chair for almost two hours crying. someone came in and said oh has she not been in here yet? (Multiple people who came in way after me had already been seen and left) and just for them to come in for less than five minutes to tell me they were prescribing antibiotics. They do not care about their patients. Definitely do not recommend.

the workers were very nice and made sure i was comfortable. they offered me water and snacks while i waited. overall just very nice people. their wasn't very many workers there today but they all worked together nicely.

Everyone was great, understanding, and helpful. Except for the front office manager I don't remember her name because I was irritated and upset at the time. People hate the dentist as it is or stress how they are gonna pay for stuff. I talked to someone when I got my appointment moved up for an emergency tooth situation. The lady told me one thing on payment. When I get in and the lady is talking to me about treatment plan she said something else. She goes and gets the office manager and first off wants to be rude to me and say the telephone recording went like this blah blah blah. First of all you didn't even have time to listen to the recording. Second don't tell me I wasn't told something when I was or I wouldn't have said it or made that appointment then. I get she might have just been doing her job. But the way she went about it and her tone was not okay. I will still use them because I love the dentist there and the other nice people but I do not and will not deal with that lady again.
