I have had nothing but good service here thus far. They lost my paperwork once but was a simple fix. My daughter had a problem with their work but all is well now.

really kind staff! i called to see how many months i would have to wait to get my teeth checked and they said the next day! i'm all fresh and clean now and they're getting me set up for invisalign! perfect!!!!

Was told by one person that my teeth looked great and that I didn't qualify for the flouride assistance which was a good thing, and then told by the second doctor that I had three horrible pits with stains that would definitely be cavities in the future, and that I did qualify for the assistance (what a wonderful rise and fall). Then, I was chastised for not getting my wisdom teeth out even though I was literally told last appointment I did not need to get them out, I could if I wanted to. I don't appreciate being chastised for something I wasn't told to do and for being led to believe I am healthy then telling me to prepare for certain future problems. Then, they made my wife wait 2 hours to get something done they said would be super quick, making me take off work for half the afternoon to take care of our baby. Very frustrated after this appointment.

Probably wouldn't recommend My Dentist based off of my experience. Had my brother sitting in a chair for 9 hours which caused him to get sick from all the laughing gas with no chance for a food break. They wanted to extract two of my molars without a plan on keeping my other molars from shifting.

My teeth looked and felt much cleaner after Lacey got done with them. She gave my cleaning more effort and in half the time than my previous hygienist.

My visit went well. I got in on time, friendly staff, and clean facility. Update: I have been to the Ada and office and for extensive work. I have always struggled with anxiety and one visit I had a panic attack while there. It was the most embarrassing moment of my life. A grown woman having a panic attack at the dentist! When I finally had the courage to return for my next visit, the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They put in a more private area and they continuously made sure I was okay. Everyone I dealt with today assured me I didn't have anything to be embarrassed about and completely understood and treated me with such respect. Years ago, I had a dentist refuse to treat me because of my severe anxiety. So, I was so worried about returning. But the staff at My Dentist in Ada was outstanding!

This was the most stress-free dentist appointment I have ever had. The office staff was friendly and Dr. Osborne was fantastic. Had my teeth cleaned and 2 teeth pulled.
