Don't waste your time, My Dental is incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL! I'd give 0 stars if I could. I had an initial consultation and cleaning, but when I tried to schedule my next procedure I couldn't get in touch with anyone. I have been calling and leaving voicemails EVERYDAY for the PAST 12 DAYS and no one answers or returns my calls. Receptionist answered only once and told me a manager would call me the next day to schedule and answer my questions...that was 9 DAYS AGO and I still haven't received any calls! I even tried to stop by the office and found a note saying "will be back in 10 mins", after waiting 30 mins I left and tried calling again with no luck- they never opened that day! I had to find a new dentist (which means paying for a consultation again) because My Dental refuses to answer the phone or return calls. No one wants to go to the ER for a minor tooth emergency because they can't get in contact with their dentist! What a terrible experience, they don't even have a sink for you to rinse and spit after a cleaning!
