My name is Cornelius L. Dyson, DDS, and I am the sole founder and full time practitioner of My Childrens Dentist, PC, an exciting new pediatric dental practice in your neighborhood. We specialize in providing evidence-based pediatric dentistry in a safe and compassionate environment for a wide variety of patient needs.
After receiving my Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University, I attended Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. Following the attainment of my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Columbia, I completed two years of a general practice residency in dental medicine at New York Hospital. At the completion of my residency programs, I pursued a fellowship at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook in dental care for individuals with developmental disabilities. There, I served as an assistant clinical instructor, as well provided direct dental care to the special care population.
I obtained my two-year specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Further, during my tenure in the various training programs, I maintained employment as an associate in private practice in Port Jefferson and Coram, New York. I am currently a candidate to be a Diplomate for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

My name is Dr. Chandra Panchani, and I am so happy to be a part of the My Childrens Dentist team! I am a foreign-trained dentist, having graduated from Temple Universitys Maurice H. Kornberg School of dentistry (cum laude). I continued on to receive Advanced Education in TMD and Orofacial Pain from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, as well as extensive education in clear aligner therapy.
The knowledge Ive gained in regards to orofacial pain and TMD helps me to understand if a patients discomfort in the head and neck region is related to teeth or something more than that. Hence, my patients get an evaluation of the entire head and neck region and not just the oral cavity.
Correcting misaligned teeth without having a metallic smile is one of the greatest advances in dentistry. I am very excited to help patients benefit from this innovation by keeping myself updated with the advances in aligner treatments.
I grew up in India and moved to the United Sates in 2014. Since then, I have been residing in the Parsippany area, along with my husband and daughter. When Im not at work, I enjoy cycling with my daughter, cooking with my husband, watching Indian movies.
I am passionate about providing a positive and fun dental experience for my patients. Dentists are not very liked people but I strive to be liked. I have the confidence and patience, which helps me put my patients at ease when they see me. I believe in preventive dentistry and educating children and their families about healthy oral care habits. I look forward to meeting you and your family soon!

We would give them 10 stars if we could. Our five year old had cavities that needed to be filled, but recently had a tooth extracted by another dentist from a different office. Our experience with the previous dentist was terrible and traumatic and my five year old was so hesitant to go back to any dentist. Thankfully, Dr. Panchani and her assistant were incredible! They were patient and positive and clearly communicated everything they were going to do. Our kid loved getting golden coins every time we was able to complete a task. It kept him motivated even when some of the tasks were difficult. I would highly recommend this dental office to any family looking for a caring and exceptional pediatric dentist. It means so much to our family that wonderful people like My Children's Dentist is here to create such a positive experience.

Was visiting family from out of town Memorial Day weekend and a bad tooth ache flared up and was in tremendous pain and my relative made a call to Dr. Dyson that Friday and he said come right on in Saturday and he would take care of it. Went that day to his office and it was a very pleasant visit. He is very down to earth and very professional. I didn't feel any kind of pain the whole tooth extraction. He was better than any dentist I have went to in my home town. The experience was so good it's almost worth the flight of to go see him anytime I have to see a dentist. Thank You Dr. Dyson for everything you did. Keep up the good spirit and caring for patients and make them feel like they are part of your dentist family. I will always remember that weekend. I called Dr. Dyson's office on a day they were closed because my 4 year old had an infected tooth. He called me back and went in only to see my son that same day. He extracted a tooth that was infected with such gentle care. Needless to say he now has my children as patients. Dr. Dyson thank you so much for going out of your way on your day off to care for my son. We are extremely grateful. God bless you!

I would recommend Dr.Dyson to anyone and everyone! He goes above and beyond at what he does and we are so grateful we found him. Dr.Dyson was so patient with my 3 year old. He did a phenomenal job at making the experience as fun as possible for him. I loved how he explained everything he was doing to him as he was doing it. He is so gentle and loving. I also love that they have coins they give out for these little toy machines they have. My son loves them and I feel like it definitely helps his cooperation and behavior throughout the whole experience. I believe that if I had a dentist like Dr. Dyson when i was a kid I wouldn't be mortified the way I am now. He is so loving and caring. We are so blessed to have him as our dentist. Just know if you choose Dr.Dyson you are in the best care you could possibly get.

Dr.Dyson is amazing! My son was apprehensive about being at the dentist, but Dr.Dyson was so patient and friendly, showing my son everything that he was doing. He filled 2 cavities and had zero complaints from my son, even got a hug at the end of it all! The entire staff is wonderful as well, from the moment you walk in the door they put you at ease. We are so grateful to have found this practice and highly recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist!!

My son had a painful toothache for a few days. It lasted through a weekend. My children had been a patient of Dr. Dyson for about eight or nine years. I called Dr. Dyson's office on a Monday (the date of this review) to attempt to get an emergency appointment and was told that no appointments were available for eight days. I immediately called another dentist and made an appointment for later that day. My children are now former patients of Dr. Dyson.

My 3 year olds first dentist appointment, and it was awesome. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Dr. Dyson was great with my child. The entire staff really knows how to relate to children, my child listened and did everything they asked. It was a great experience for both of us!

I cannot day enough great things about this group. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave everyone is so helpful and great with my kids. Even when my youngest was not having it at her appointment they let me lay with her in the chair and was able to do what they needed to do. Always accommodating and always nice!

I have two children ages one and six that go here; from the minute you walk in the door it is a positive experience. Games while the kids wait, welcome packages for kids, and the staff make the children enjoy coming to the dentist !! All around 5 stars!

My daughter has been coming here ever since she was scarred at a dentist in Bethlehem. This practice is SO worth my 45 minute drive!! They are SO patient, kind and experienced!! I. LVE this place!! They just extracted a tooth and did a filling with not one tear.... They sing and talk to your child!! Just AMAZING here!!

I have been taking my children to see Dr. Dyson and his staff since November 2015. At that time, my son (who is on the Spectrum) was petrified of the dentist after being poorly treated by a pediatric dentist closer to our home. I knew that Dr. Dyson was trained in how to handle children with special needs, but I was amazed to learn that the ENTIRE staff of My Children's Dentist knew how to assist special needs children with their dental experience. The staff was aware of my son's difficulty at the dentist near home, and they spent a lot of time over the course of 2 years helping him get comfortable with going to the dentist. He was never pressured to sit through the entire dental exam until he was ready. The staff explained EVERY step of the process and answered my son's questions about what to expect. Watching him grow and overcome his fear of the dentist warmed my heart in a way I did not know was possible! He looks forward to getting his teeth cleaned and getting "pictures" of his teeth taken. This past May, he was brave enough to sit through getting a cavity filled- a situation that I never thought I'd see him do without being sedated. He proudly talks about his experience to others and has encouraged others that have cavities to stay calm because there's nothing to be afraid of. This past week, My Children's Dentist did something for our family that went above and beyond in my eyes. Both of my children had appointments scheduled at the Flemington location. Of course, not checking the appointment card closer, I took the kids to the Washington location. When I realized the mistake I made, my heart fell into my stomach. However, the staff at the Washington office was able to work around the appointments already scheduled to meet both of my children's needs. My daughter had her tooth extracted by Dr. Dyson who did so in such a way that my daughter didn't even know the tooth was out of her mouth until it was over! And my son's 6-month check-up went without a hitch, and he even did a bite-wing for his x-rays which he never did before then! Obviously, I will make sure to double check where their appointments were scheduled in the future, but to know that the staff can be so accommodating, patient, and provide top-notch services in a pinch makes my confidence in the staff at My Children's Dentist go sky-high. Thank you Dr. Dyson and everyone at My Children's Dentist.

First dentist visit for my almost 5 year old and she absolutely loved it I'm so happy her first time at the dentist was a happy one!!! They're the best I look forward to her next appointment in six months! No one likes going to the dentist they associate it with pain and an uncomfortable time but this dentist is THE BEST not to mention it's for adults too! Super fun and friendly service
