My name is Cornelius L. Dyson, DDS, and I am the sole founder and full time practitioner of My Childrens Dentist, PC, an exciting new pediatric dental practice in your neighborhood. We specialize in providing evidence-based pediatric dentistry in a safe and compassionate environment for a wide variety of patient needs.
After receiving my Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University, I attended Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. Following the attainment of my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Columbia, I completed two years of a general practice residency in dental medicine at New York Hospital. At the completion of my residency programs, I pursued a fellowship at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook in dental care for individuals with developmental disabilities. There, I served as an assistant clinical instructor, as well provided direct dental care to the special care population.
I obtained my two-year specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Further, during my tenure in the various training programs, I maintained employment as an associate in private practice in Port Jefferson and Coram, New York. I am currently a candidate to be a Diplomate for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.

My name is Dr. Chandra Panchani, and I am so happy to be a part of the My Childrens Dentist team! I am a foreign-trained dentist, having graduated from Temple Universitys Maurice H. Kornberg School of dentistry (cum laude). I continued on to receive Advanced Education in TMD and Orofacial Pain from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, as well as extensive education in clear aligner therapy.
The knowledge Ive gained in regards to orofacial pain and TMD helps me to understand if a patients discomfort in the head and neck region is related to teeth or something more than that. Hence, my patients get an evaluation of the entire head and neck region and not just the oral cavity.
Correcting misaligned teeth without having a metallic smile is one of the greatest advances in dentistry. I am very excited to help patients benefit from this innovation by keeping myself updated with the advances in aligner treatments.
I grew up in India and moved to the United Sates in 2014. Since then, I have been residing in the Parsippany area, along with my husband and daughter. When Im not at work, I enjoy cycling with my daughter, cooking with my husband, watching Indian movies.
I am passionate about providing a positive and fun dental experience for my patients. Dentists are not very liked people but I strive to be liked. I have the confidence and patience, which helps me put my patients at ease when they see me. I believe in preventive dentistry and educating children and their families about healthy oral care habits. I look forward to meeting you and your family soon!

My Children's Dentist is a wonderful practice! Dr. Dyson and his staff are great with kids My little guy was really scared of going to the dentist for the first time and even though it was at the beginning of covid and Dr. Dyson had to wear a respirator he made my little guy feel comfortable enough to come in the office with no crying! About 10 minutes into the appointment Dr. Dyson had my little guy hysterically laughing as he played games with him while checking and cleaning his teeth. The second time we went my little guy wasn't scared and he loved using the tablet with Dr. Dyson to play fun games while he was having his appointment. And he also loved getting the "golden coins" as rewards that he could use to get fun toys from the machine in the lobby :) What a great practice and staff!

My son was very happy we found My Children's Dentist. He no longer gets anxious when we say he needs to go to the dentist, even if he has a cavity. We highly recommend!

My daughter has been getting some work done to her teeth & I am so glad we chose Dr. Dyson. We drive an hour & a half every time & it's definitely worth it. He makes every visit fun for my daughter & she truly enjoys her visits.

Cant say enough good things about this office! Called Saturday morning about an issue my daughter was having with an ulcer on her gums, they got us in the same day and Dr Dyson was so patient and kind to my daughter who was nervous about seeing a new dentist. I am so glad I chose their office to bring her to for this visit!

I am extremely disappointed with this practice. I would never return to this practice nor would I ever recommend this practice. My 9 year old son had a bad tooth ache. It was our first time coming to this practice and my husband arrived 5 minutes late due to getting lost. Per there policy, he called multiple times from the car to check in but no-one answered. Finally a receptionist saw him and brought him inside. As they where checking him in (now 15 minutes behind schedule) the dentist walked right up to him and said he needed to reschedule and walked away. How HORRIBLE!! My son was in PAIN and he turned him away. Yes we were late, but they also didn't answer the phone and my husband had no way of letting them know he was there. He is a MONSTER for turning a child away in pain.

A very smart skilled and kind crew. Dr. Dyson is great with kids and their teeth. Office has a warm feeling complete with gifts and entertainment. My daughter has a heart condition and he and his team have helped to accommodate the special requirements to help fix her smile. I wish I could have gone here when I was a kid.

I Highly suggest Dr. Dyson! My daughter had a very bad experience with another dentist and was very nervous on going back to a dentist. Dr. Dyson made her feel so at ease and he was so engaging with her. Not to mention him and his team made me feel at ease as well. On our way home she actually said that she wants to be a dentist when she grows up!

We love Dr.Dyson! My daughter is almost 6 and actually looks forward to going to the dentist even though she had to have two cavities filled a couple years ago. Dr Dyson and his team are so nice and friendly from the second you enter the building until you leave. Would absolutely recommended his practice to everyone!!
