Went in for a cleaning, Liz was a great hygienist. I've always had fear from previous dental offices but Liz made the experience very comfortable and welcoming. Dr. Omar was very friendly and knowledgeable; he was able to answer all my questions. Would recommend!

From the front desk to the back office, My Care Dental is filled with nothing but professionals. I have been a patient to Dr. Ralph Ginn for 17 years. In that time, he has performed many different procedures: extractions, bonding, cavity repairs, crack repairs, Invisalign, whitening and that is just scratching the surface. The dental hygiene staff is also to rave about. Cleanings are made quick, easy and comfortable! That's right; comfortable. How could a cleaning be comfortable you ask? Because this staff is well educated and well practiced. I could not have better things to say about this office and its staff.

I have been going to My Care Dental for many years on the recommendation of a friend who had a great experience. I've become very familiar with dental work over the years due to genetic predisposition to gum issues. After all my visits, I can say that My Care has consistently gone above and beyond to provide high level care and support. They talked with me about why a procedure needed to be done and would explain options and potential timeline clearly. I never felt "upcharged". I've changed jobs and subsequently insurances a few times since going there but they always made it work with the insurance companies to get things done. They run on time and I rarely wait. If I ever needed to reschedule, they were accommodating. Cleaning appointments with Liz always went smoothly. I truly couldn't ask more from a dental group. Dr Ginn, Liz (hygienist) and front desk staff all deserve praise for their hard work and dedication to their patients.

Dr.Shalash is the absolute best. He put me completely at ease with all my dental work. The office is clean and inviting. I honestly have yet to have anything to complain about. My husband also got his wisdom teeth taken out by the oral surgeon, Dr.Almandalawi. He was also personable and made the procedure quick and easier than we expected. Our family loves My Care Dental!!!!

After a negative experience elsewhere, I had not visited a dentist in a number of years. Thankfully I found Dr. Ginn and My Care Dental. They have always been gentle and comforting. I have not missed an appointment in over 10 years. I have brought my children up in this practice and they get so excited to go see the team at My Care Dental. They have been gentle during procedures, and I never felt anything but valued. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is searching for a new dentist, especially those who have not had great experiences in the past. Let My Care Dental change the way you feel about seeing the dentist.

I always enjoy my visits to My Care Dental. (Enjoy a visit to the dentist?) The staff makes you feel welcome from the office mgr Rachel to Elizabeth at the front desk, they will work with you to make your visit the best. Then it's the Pros. Liz , my hygienist is fabulous and caring and makes the entire procedure flow. Dr. Ginn is outstanding !! Makes you feel comfortable and as if you are the only person he has to see that day!! All totaled; 5 STARS.!!

I have been going to Dr Ginn and My Care Dental for over 20 years, and my husband has been going there since he was just a kid. We now also take our 3 kids there. Dr Ginn and Liz are more than just our dentist and dental hygienist - they are like family. They were guests at our wedding and always show that they care about us personally. I especially appreciate how Doc always explains what is involved in any procedure, and why we makes the recommendations he does. He has now found a wonderful partner for the practice, Dr Omar, and their entire staff is wonderful. In my first couple of meetings with Dr Omar, he has the same high standards of care as Dr Ginn. I highly recommend My Care Dental for anyone looking for a trustworthy, family oriented dental practice.

I was searching for a new dentist and I am so grateful that I came to this office. Dr. Shalash and his staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating to my hectic work schedule. Dr. Shalash took care of my pain right away and I am so grateful. I am very excited to start my Invisalign with him.

Right when you walk in you notice how clean and modern the office is. You are instantly greeted by a warm smile. We've never had to wait more than a minute to be taken back for our cleaning. Liz is the best hygienist, so easy to talk to and gives great advice on dental health (and restaurant recommendations). Both Dr. Ginn and Dr. Omar are warm, friendly, funny and thorough. My 4 year old loves going to the dentist because they make her feel so comfortable, and they make going to the dentist fun. She likes going for a ride in the chair!
