People feel more confident about themselves when theyre happy with their appearance and feel good about their teeth and overall dental health. Our goal is to give people that confidence and to restore it, for people who want to recapture it. No one ever says, Im looking forward to going to the dentist! but we think we can at least make dental care a more positive experience for you.

But when I was in college, I realized chemists spend a lot of time alone in a laboratory. Id rather be around people. So I decided Id switch course and pursue a career in dentistry, and that was one of the best decisions I ever made. When I graduated, I joined my fathers dental office. He renamed the practice Father Daughter Dentistry, and we worked together for nearly a decade before he retired. I realized that the name Father Daughter Dentistry was no longer applicable I needed a new practice name that said, Im still here, but the practice has evolved. I thought about using my full name to rebrand my practice, but I decided my first and last initials were easier to pronounce. Were now MW Dentistry & Esthetics. Meet our team!

Dr. Weiandt has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Indiana University and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville. She is an avid learner, and she enjoys keeping up with the latest developments in cosmetic and general dentistry and esthetic practices. What she enjoys most about being a dentist is the ongoing doctor-patient relationship her goal is to help her patients lead happy and healthy lives.

Annette also holds the degree of Registered Dental Hygienist. Annettes dental experience dates back 30 years, when she began working at our practice as a high school student for Dr. T. Michael Robinson.

Carrie has over 2 decades of experience as a dental Hygienist. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them to achieve optimal dental health. She lives in Anderson with her husband, Terry and their 2 children. Carrie and Terry own TLC Produce, a small local strawberry farm. In her spare time, she dabbles in photography, gardening and crafts.

Leidy is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She is married with 3 children. In her free time she enjoys fitness, spending time with her family and friends and her dog Charlie. She is also a small business owner of Fancy Candles where she makes soy candles and wax melts.

Nicky is our Insurance Specialist. She has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She is married and has two daughters and a granddaughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, bonfires, card games, floral design and crafts.
