MVHS is a system that provides healthcare services for the residents of the Mohawk Valley. We are known for our clinical quality and collaboration. We are the organization people choose when caring for their loved one.
Faxton St. Lukes Healthcare (FSLH) and St. Elizabeth Medical Center (SEMC) affiliated as the Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) in March 2014. MVHS is governed by a single, 18-member board of directors, with nine members from FSLHs board and nine from SEMCs board. The system is operated by a single management team.
The MVHS Medical Group has 21 primary care locations, a Childrens Health Center, a Womens Health Center, general, orthopedic and neurological surgeons, a Breast Care Center and an Urgent Cares to serve our communitys healthcare needs.
The affiliation helps to enhance services for the residents of the Mohawk Valley through greater collaboration and improved clinical quality for patient and resident care. As a large system, MVHS has much to offer when recruiting new physicians.
A not-for-profit healthcare organization, FSLH includes the Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Senior Network Health, Mohawk Valley Home Care and Visiting Nurse Association of Utica and Oneida County.
To create an advanced healthcare campus for MVHS through design that promotes the health of patients, optimizes the work environment for caregivers, and serves as a catalyst for the revitalization of downtown Utica.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! What a great place! Joel, AMAZING customer service from the very beginning over the phone, you are a breath of fresh air and Jasmin was absolutely wonderful, very kind and understanding! Best experience I ever had in a dentist office. Great job guys.

One of my only complaints is the size of the walkways and rooms because I am often in a wheelchair, but even have trouble with the tight spaces using a walker. I don't have any complaints about the staff, my appointments are set up in a timely manner, everything is thorough and complete, after-care is fully explained, etc, etc, etc.

Brought my brother in to have tooth pulled, dental emergency. Reception , hygienist , doc -- all quality care--helpful, kind and skilled. Positive experience and outcome!

I've been going here for years. Never, ever had an issue with them. Everyone is nice, friendly, andcourteous. A+ across the board.

I have been going here a few years now and have never had any issues at all - actually have had better cleanings here than most other locations I've been prior to coming here. I'm very pleased with the dental hygienists I've had here as well. I would recommend this place to others and I have!

Fantastic Clinic, Service is 2nd to none. I don't know what others experienced but my mother has had top-notch service. The staff is friendly, caring, and supportive of all dental services. The residents are fantastic. Thank you so much for your caring service. It has not gone unseen !!

Saw the negative reviews but figured I'd see for myself...called and had to leave a voicemail which they never responded to. Cant seem to get ahold of anyone there.

I had a dental emergency, and my dentist was on vacation. I called at least 10 dental offices, all closing at noon on that day, and with full appt schedules. This office was not only open, they welcomed me and were so kind and professional. The Dr, who is a student, was excellent, with a great bedside manner. He was able to stabilize my dental condition. Evelyn, Carol, Dr Salgado thank you so much! You are an incredibly talented and professional group!

I've gone here before and they were amazing, referred me to an oral surgeon and I was taken care of. But you can NEVER get ahold of anyone. I've called multiple times and left messages and it's been a month since my first one and no call back. I'm usually very understanding but when you literally can not contact the office, it's a bit ridiculous.

I did my teeths three times, and they did horrible. I can't even eat from both sides. I will not recommend them. They didn't do well.

Secretary is really rude I asked her what's the point of having a dentist office if can't reschedule an appointment and she snap back and said what's the point of making an appointment if you can't keep it.. please fire her there's been so many complaints of her horrible customer service I'm sure you guys can hire someone else that won't be as rude as her
