So I came here for a 1:00pm appointment for myself and my daughter. I arrived 20 minutes early to complete the paperwork. I was seated promptly and seen. In the middle of my x-rays the doctor told them they needed my seat. Apparently they over booked AND 2 HOURS later not only was I late to work but 3 patients who came clearly after me were seen. So clearly they are loyal to their existing clients but this will be the first and last time they will see me. Oh by the way the staff was very nice and pleasant. But this has to be one of the most unprofessional scenarios I have ever experienced. I say it's too many options to be treated like this. I will be letting my insurance provider know and my family will be looking for a different dentist guess it was a bad day. But still can't get out my head how I was taken out my seat and replace with out no explanation from the doctor. Her staff apologize and mentioned they double book and I guess I had to pay the price When I said something to the doctor she IGNORED ME. Just said see you in 6 months.

When my tooth kept causing me problems, I called Family & Cosmetic Dentistry of Williamsburg and made an appointment. The end result was I needed a root canal. Thanks for saving my tooth and keeping pain to a minimum.

I wanted to keep my tooth, but it was causing me so much pain. I learned it was infected and I needed to have a root canal and a dental crown placed on it. The team at Family & Cosmetic Dentistry of Williamsburg was helpful and gentle the entire time. I am happy that I chose to trust them..

Hands down, the best dentist in Williamsburg . If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I was always afraid of the dentist, but they completely changed my mind. Their office is clean and comfortable..

When I waned to discuss dental implants,I called family &cosmetic Dental implant consultation performed too.I have scheduled an appointment for next month to start the process.Thank you for restoring my hope that I could have a beautiful smile.

I hated my smile and I was truly unhappy with it, but the team at Family & Cosmetic Dentistry of Williamsburg reassured me and told me they could help me. They are, by far, the best cosmetic dental team in Williamsburg. Call them, you won't regret it.

I was worried about my gums when they started to bleed as I brushed them, and I called Family & Cosmetic Dentistry of Williamsburg. They discussed my symptoms with me and I learned that I had gingivitis. I was worried, but they reassured me it would be okay, and I am now happy with healthy teeth and gums.

We have been using Dr. Rubin for years as our family dentist. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've been to dentist that just don't to a very good job during the cleaning - but this place is amazing. My teeth sparkle afterwards!

I have to say thank you for doing a great job with my teeth whitening. I drink all of the things that make my teeth yellow - coffee, tea, etc. on a daily basis. At 32 years old, I definitely needed a pick-me-up for my teeth. They look so much better! I love the results.

Thanks so much to Williamsburg Family Dentistry for s great job when my husband needed dental crowns. He has noticed a world of difference with his teeth. He smiles so much more now, and I love it. This place is fantastic!

I love everyone at Family & Cosmetic Dentistry of Williamsburg. Each one of the dentists are friendly and spend as much time as needed with you to explain the procedures you need. I call this place my second home and truly recommend them!

I was so scared to get dental crowns and didn't really know what the process entailed. Needless to say, I hate having anything in my mouth. I'd rather go in for intensive surgery! But after going to Wiliamsburg Family Dentistry, I can say I'm comfortable going to the dentist and pleased with the results. Thank you!

When I needed an emergency dentist, the dental team at Family & Cosmetic Dentistry of Williamsburg was there for me. They helped me in my time of need and now my tooth does not cause me any pain. They were also very affordable as well.
